Chapter 87 - Chapter 87 – The End of a Legend

The year 2025 had arrived, bringing significant changes in Harry Potter's life. After years of service, both in the military and as a security consultant, Harry decided it was time to take a definitive step towards retirement. The decision was made together with Kensi, who was also beginning to think about stepping away from the dangerous missions at NCIS. They both wanted a quieter life, without the daily stresses of their former professions, focusing on building a family and enjoying moments of peace.

After so many years dedicated to protecting the world, Harry and Kensi were married in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles, surrounded by friends and family. It was a simple celebration, but full of meaning. G. Callen, Sam Hanna, Hetty Lange, and Kensi's former colleagues from the OSP were in attendance, as were many of the friends and companions Harry had made throughout his military career and as a consultant. Harry's life, which had always been marked by action and darkness, was now illuminated by the love he and Kensi had built together.

Soon after their wedding, the couple decided to put down firm roots in Beverly Hills, buying a beautiful home to raise their future family. Fate soon blessed them with the arrival of their two children – James and Lily, named after Harry's parents, whom he always kept alive in his memories. With Kensi by his side, Harry discovered the joy of being a father, dedicating himself body and soul to his new family life.

However, there was a secret that Harry had never fully revealed to Kensi, and now, after years together, he knew it was the right time to share it. One night, while his children were asleep and the two of them were settling down on the couch, Harry decided to open his heart and reveal what he had always kept hidden: his true identity as the "Boy Who Lived" and his life in the wizarding world, which he had left behind long ago.

He told Kensi about his youth at Hogwarts, the battle against Voldemort, and how, after defeating the Dark Lord, he lost his connection to magic. Kensi was incredibly surprised by the revelation, but at the same time, she understood the depth of everything Harry carried within him. She had always known that there was something unique and extraordinary about him, something that transcended the ordinary world. Harry's story, with all the pain and sacrifice he experienced in the wizarding world, only made her admire him even more.

Harry also revealed that, despite having left the wizarding world, he still maintained connections with very important people from his old life. It was then that he suggested introducing Kensi and her children to his former best friends, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, and the Weasley family, with whom he had managed to rebuild strong bonds over the years.

A few days later, Harry and Kensi traveled to the Burrow, the Weasley home. There, they were welcomed with open arms by Ron, Hermione, and the entire Weasley family. The reunion was emotional for Harry, who now introduced his new family to the friends who had been his family for years. Molly and Arthur Weasley were delighted with James and Lily, as were Ginny, who was now a mother herself, and Bill and Fleur, who brought their children to play with Harry and Kensi's.

Throughout the visit, Kensi saw the depth of Harry's friendships and came to understand even more the extraordinary man she had married. She saw how revered and loved he was by those who had known him since his days at Hogwarts, and she understood the layers of his story that went far beyond what she could have imagined.

From that moment on, the two sides of Harry's life, the military world and the wizarding world finally merged in harmony. He had been through battles in both the real and the wizarding worlds, and now, with Kensi by his side, he could finally live the life he had always wanted: a life of love, family, and peace.

In the years that followed, Harry and Kensi continued their lives in Los Angeles, raising their children with the same sense of honor, courage, and loyalty that had always guided them. James and Lily grew up with stories of their parents' bravery and the adventures of the wizarding world that Harry had once left behind. Although Harry had lost his connection to magic, the magical spirit of courage and friendship lived on within him, passed on to his children and his family.

Thus, after two decades of heroic service, Harry finally found his happy ending with Kensi and his children, surrounded by the love and friendship that had always sustained him. And although the shadows of his past haunted him, he was now at peace, knowing that his journey, both in the wizarding world and in the real world, had led him to the destination he had always dreamed of: a complete and fulfilling life, with those he loved by his side.
