Selene's PoV
He leaned forward, his face so close that I felt blood rushing through my face. My breath quickened as I anticipated something I shouldn't be expecting. Oh god, the devil has taken control over me. Slowly, he slipped right next to my ear and whispered, "So have you decided on what nickname would you like to use. I have given you so many options and thus it must difficult for you! But don't worry, let me make it easy for you, call me hubby! And also, don't forget to meet me tonight, for our night walk."
Before I could have replied to him, he left. Soon after his retreat an announcement was made. "Group 3 - match breaking group and Group 2 - match making group from Match making Course, Group 1 from Psychic Control Course, Group 4 from Magic Training Course, Group 5 from Healing Course, Group 4 from Defense and Attack Course and Group 6 from Communication Course, kindly report to the Portal 1."
I satrted moving towards the portal one and was surprised to see Alex, Anguis, Charlotte, Endius and Solinus along with other people from their group. Wasn't it too much of a coincidence for all of us to end up in the same location. Now I am dead sure this trip to Human Realm would be something I would never forget.
"What a coincidence!" Said Solinus. He was the only one who was actually happy about this, if you ignore Anguis, who was looking at me with a sheepish smile on his face. If only his face was not handsome, I would have ruined sly face with my own nails.
I couldn't help but notice that Charolette wasn't being her usual cheerful self. Usually, she would be smiling and joking around, teasing everyone. But today, she stood silently in the corner without any expression on her face other than the small frown line on her forehead. Something was definitely wrong with her and I just couldn't hold onto my curiosity, so I went towards her to known what was wrong. I had seen too many sad faces and now I had lost my self-control.
"What happened? Did someone bully you? But that can't happen. Did you bully someone? But then why would you be upset! Did you get scolded by some teacher? Or wait, did you get rejected by some one? You should have told me that you were interested in someone." I started blabbering out whatever came to my mind without any pause.
"Hold your horses, Selene and try to breathe. You have been talking non-stop. And about what you were blabbering about, nothing as such happened. I am fine. It's just I think I heard some sort of voice coming from the fourth floor. But you know that we are not allowed to go there. So, I was just trying to understand this whole thing. But everything just does not seem to make sense! Why are we not allowed to go there and what were those voices coming from their? Let it go though. I think I must be hallucinating, why would the school hide something like that from us?" And she laughed it off.
But I knew that if the school was genuinely trying to hide something, then there are chances that it could be about the heaven's stone. I will have to report this to Endius as soon as possible and search for it after this trip. Anyhow we need to locate that stone before anyone else.
I was going to talk to Endius but I found him in a deep conversation with Diana. Behind them, Alex and Solinus were standing, gritting their teeth at the sight in front of them. I guess now is not the time to talk to him. I will need to have this conversation with Endius before this trip ends or else it will be too late.

Diana's PoV
I was standing in the portal room with Selene, talking with her. Our conversation was interrupted by Anguis, who had appeared out of nowhere. They seemed to have a quite intimate relation on the basis of close they were standing to each other. I decided to look around till the time they were busy in their conversation, not wanting to disrupt their moment.
All of the sudden, my eyes met that of Alex's. His eyes were filled with pain and his expression with that of betrayal. It was as if he was blaming me for his pain and as if I had betrayed him. Shouldn't I be blaming him? What did I do wrong with him for him to look at me like that?
Our intense staring contest was broken by the announcement. Me and Selene started moving towards the portal room and to my surprise everyone were present there including Alex….
I had just wished that we were not together for this trip but I guess that too much to ask. Suddenly my dear brother said, "What a coincidence!" I guess we should be saying "unfortunate" coincidence. Standing here seemed like a nightmare till I saw Endius and decided to approach him.
"Hey there!" I said, kind of embarrassed about today's events.
"Hello. You okay now?" He said, softly. He is so polite. I wish we could good friends in the future.
"Yeah, thanks to you! As a thanks, what about I treat you lunch after the trip?" I said, chuckling softly.
"The pleasure is mine." He said.
Suddenly someone grabbed me from behind and pulled me towards them.
