Isabella Martini - POV
"The rogues?" I asked him, sounding confused, and he nodded his head as he traced patterns on my thigh.
"The rogues who are responsible for creating these creatures."
"But didn't you tell me that you failed in tracking them?" I asked him sounding confused.
"I did, but Jacob came up with an idea, and I have a feeling that this might just work," Arlo explained, and this made me raise an eyebrow. "The creature doesn't eat or drink anything except human food, so he came up with a theory that if he could track down their food source, we would just have a chance of finding them."
"But that would be risky. We have no idea how many rogues there are. It would be a suicide mission, Arlo." I said, sounding shocked. I didn't know how Arlo allowed this when I could clearly see that he saw Jacob as his brother.
