The brilliant lightning converged into a beam, blasting the Destroyer away before landing in front of everyone.
As the lightning dissipated, Thor emerged, clad in armor and restored to his full power.
Holding Mjolnir, Thor looked as majestic as ever, with lightning flickering deep within his eyes.
Spinning Mjolnir, Thor summoned thunderbolts that rained down, engulfing the Destroyer.
However, the Destroyer wasn't so easily defeated—it rose again amidst the raging storm.
Thor and his allies charged forward, engaging the opponent in close combat.
Chu Yang, meanwhile, dispelled all his buffs and reverted to his harmless student form, quietly watching the action unfold.
"Aren't you going to help?"
Phil Coulson, who had been playing war correspondent for a while, suddenly appeared.
"Time's up. If you want an extension, pay up!"
Chu Yang shot him an annoyed look, annoyed that it wasn't Coulson risking his life out there.
"Don't worry. To thank you for your efforts, we'll prepare a reward for you," Coulson grinned, "I hope we can establish a good partnership in the future."
"Partnership?" Chu Yang waved him off. "Forget it. I prefer staying in a lab over fighting. If you bother me with nonsense again, I'll be the first to take you out."
Coulson's smile froze.
Chu Yang continued, "And as part of the deal, the Destroyer's armor must first go to Stark Tower. I'll research it first; only then can you have it.
"Mess with me, and I'll still be the first to take you out."
Coulson's face turned awkward, and he fell silent.
Elsewhere, Thor unleashed his full might, ultimately defeating the Destroyer and preparing to summon the Bifrost to return to Asgard.
Jane Foster, reluctant to part, stood before Thor with a gaze full of tenderness.
Thor's comrades tactfully turned away to give them some privacy.
The two shared a brief but heartfelt moment.
Thor then summoned the Bifrost, its radiant beam breaking through space and illuminating the ground.
"What incredible energy," Chu Yang murmured as he observed the Bifrost. It was the most powerful energy he had ever felt.
As he was preparing to leave, Chu Yang noticed the beam veering off course, drawing closer to him.
Before he could evade, a hand shot out from the beam and grabbed his shirt.
"Hey, what the—?!"
Chu Yang managed to utter a single expletive before being yanked into the Bifrost.
As the light disappeared, Coulson stared at the now-empty field, his expression blank. A chill ran down his spine.
Something had gone terribly wrong.
"I lent you my assistant, and now you're telling me he got taken by aliens?"
"Calm down, Tony. To be precise, he was taken by Thor."
"And what do you suggest I do? Ask Zeus to deal with him?"
"Uh..."
Tony Stark raged in his lab, his fury so intense that even Nick Fury, who had rushed over, kept his distance.
Coulson bore the full brunt of Tony's wrath, standing with his head lowered, silent and miserable.
"He's just a college freshman—a high school senior by actual age. How is he supposed to survive out there on some alien planet?!"
Tony was near hysterics. Normally, Pepper Potts would have stepped in to calm him down.
But this time, she stood with arms crossed, glaring icily at Coulson.
She was even angrier than Tony.
Coulson felt utterly embarrassed.
He wanted to tell Tony that the "college freshman" he was worried about was more like a walking weapon, stronger than Asgard's greatest armor.
Chu Yang could not only survive but probably thrive out there.
"Tony," Nick Fury interjected, his tone grave. "This incident proves my instincts were correct.
"The Earth now faces cosmic-level threats, and we need people like you to ensure its safety."
"Sorry," Tony sneered, "I can't even protect my assistant, let alone Earth. You've got the wrong guy. I want no part of your Avengers Initiative!"
Nick Fury's expression darkened. He hadn't expected Tony's rejection to be so resolute.
"Don't be impulsive, Tony," Fury said firmly.
Tony smirked, "You've been investigating me for years. You should know my personality. I thrive on impulsiveness.
"Remember what The New York Times said about me? Arrogant, reckless, and self-centered—that's me!"
Fury took a deep breath, clearly frustrated. He had underestimated Tony's loyalty to those around him.
Sensing Tony's volatile mood, Coulson cautiously interjected, "I believe Yang can protect himself.
"He's the most powerful sorcerer I've ever seen."
Inwardly, Coulson added, And the only sorcerer I've ever seen.
Tony's expression shifted to one of mockery. "Aliens, a thunder god, and now a sorcerer? Your stories are starting to sound as absurd as the FBI's excuses."
Reluctantly, Coulson opened his briefcase, revealing a laptop that played the surveillance footage from the research lab.
The video captured Chu Yang's battle with the Destroyer in its entirety.
Tony glanced at the screen and froze.
Standing beside him, Pepper's expression was equally bewildered.
Even Fury, watching for the first time, was visibly impressed.
They saw Chu Yang effortlessly wielding twin wooden blades to shatter the Destroyer's shield—a defense impervious even to artillery.
"Wow..." Fury murmured. "I always thought sorcerers stayed in the back, throwing fireballs."
"Same here," Tony admitted, though his tone was laced with frustration. "I knew something was off about that kid. No ordinary person could damage my armor like he did!"
Coulson explained, "Thor probably brought Yang along to help resolve Asgard's current crisis. Once it's over, he'll bring him back."
Tony raised an eyebrow. "And how exactly is he supposed to help?"
Good question.
Chu Yang was wondering the same thing.
Thus, when Thor and Loki fought, he stayed on the sidelines, spectating quietly.
After all, why would he, an outsider, get involved in a family squabble?
It wasn't until Thor shattered the Bifrost that Chu Yang's smile froze.
"You destroyed the Bifrost. How am I supposed to get back to Earth now?"
Storming up to Thor, Chu Yang fumed.
"Sorry, I forgot!" Thor looked genuinely apologetic.
"Why did you even bring me here?" Chu Yang demanded in exasperation.
"One day, when I become king, I want you as my advisor!" Thor's eyes sparkled with determination.
"For that?!" Chu Yang stared blankly.
"Your ability to deduce Loki's schemes from so little information is extraordinary—even better than his own."
Thor's praise was unreserved, accompanied by a hearty laugh.
But Chu Yang felt miserable. Knowing the storyline, it was obvious what Loki was up to. It had nothing to do with intelligence.
He just wanted to leave.
Asgard was far from a safe haven.
After Odin's death, Asgard faced even greater dangers than Earth.
First came Hela, Thor's elder sister, who broke Odin's seal, returned to Asgard, and then destroyed the entire realm. The Asgardian populace fled toward Earth aboard spaceships but were ambushed halfway by Thanos, resulting in the death of half their number.
It nearly broke Thor's spirit.
Chu Yang didn't want to end up among the dead.
After resolving the chaos caused by Loki, Thor's fame in Asgard skyrocketed, solidifying his position as the next king. No one could challenge him anymore—it was practically a done deal.
Thor's popularity also rubbed off on Chu Yang, turning him into a notable figure, thanks to the constant praise of the renowned Warriors Three. They told everyone how Chu Yang had helped Thor defeat the Destroyer on Earth, unraveled Loki's schemes, and restored Thor's resolve—all while exaggerating heavily.
Now, wherever Chu Yang went, he drew attention second only to Thor.
Even Odin summoned him privately.
As a reward for helping Thor, Odin promised to fulfill one wish.
Chu Yang asked to return to Earth.
Odin regretfully shook his head, explaining that until the Bifrost was repaired, there was no other way to send him back. He urged Chu Yang to make another wish instead.
Feeling bad about not fulfilling Chu Yang's first wish, Odin encouraged him to think bigger and guaranteed its fulfillment.
Realizing there was no immediate way back, Chu Yang made another request: "I want to learn Asgardian magic!"
Odin frowned slightly. "It's not that I'm unwilling, but as a mortal, your physical limitations will make it almost impossible for you to master our magic. My apologies."
Chu Yang smiled. "Just give me a chance."
After a moment of contemplation, Odin smiled and nodded. "I like your confidence, so I'll grant your wish."
Thus began Chu Yang's new journey of studying magic in Asgard.

In the Harry Potter World
Recently, Headmaster Dumbledore was often absent from school. No one knew where he went. While he was never frequently seen, his absences were now noticeably more frequent.
Neither the students nor the professors paid much attention—they had long grown accustomed to his enigmatic nature.
But Chu Yang silently observed everything.
He knew that Dumbledore's increasing absences meant the collection of Horcruxes was nearing completion.
