Selena was tearing up. She wanted to yell at Adriana and pull her hair out, but she also wanted to check on her Grandma's health.
"Call Dad!" She screamed to her mom who picked up a phone instantly to call him.
"They just went out for a quick stroll and you managed to crawl in here!" Selena spat.
Adriana did not have the strength to talk back to her. She could only gaze at the old woman whose skin was already turning pale.
"They are coming," Bianca said after making the call.
Who's going to tell them the woman has already passed?
Just then, Daven stormed in with the doctor trailing behind.
"What took you so long?" Adriana's trembling hands gripped his shirt.
"SHUSH,calm down," He held her hands.
The doctor asked them all to excuse him in order to examine her.
"She's already gone," Adriana whispered in Daven's ear as they waited outside.
Daven could only stare at her. He didn't want to believe she was gone.
