*New person here. I'll be the narrator for now. You're pretty lucky because my friend here Zerav Oops.. I wasn't supposed to say that, is a pretty bad narrator if not for the system I'm sure he wouldn't remember anything, anyways*
CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!
The sound of swords clashing against each other was anything but melodic. I tried hard to keep my cool but the training was too exhausting.
My white hair scattered due to the training, my regularly calm, indifferent posture shattered because of exhaustion. I breathed out loud but the man I was fighting didn't care.
I made a crescent slash only to be stopped half way. The man tried to stab me with his sword as if we're fencing but I raised my sword to stop the action.
I tried to gain an upper hand in speed but he was better than me in strength and speed. I struck his sword and with my body diagonal rotated a rotated a total 360 in the air.
Using momentum as an advantage I swung my sword while rotating. When it made impact with the man's sword sparks appeared as a result of the sheer force I used.
"That's enough young master Jatau I've assessed you enough"

"What if I don't pass?"
The man stared at me with a whole lot of killing intent which made me uncomfortable.
Mana reacts to it's surroundings so when someone wants to kill someone the mana thickens and turns red. It hasn't been discovered why mana doesn't react to other feelings but now you can copy the feeling and the mana will do the same.
"Well you'll be considered as worthless trash"
I clenched my fists. My family only cared about strength and not anything else.
I walked to my room and started doing push ups. If you look closely you'll see my six packs. I never wanted to be weak. The weak always die, always fail, always desperate I never wanted to be that.
KNOCK!!! KNOCK!! KNOCK!
"Who's that?".
"Young master the King said you'll be leading a battle next week against.... Sirius"
I noticed the shred of anger when he said the last name which made me wonder what exactly did Sirius did that made them so angry but I didn't care as long as their bad people.
'A week huh', I smiled mischievously 'Time to finally see who tries to hurt my people'
The next day.....
I woke up early and did my normal routine: push ups, weightlifting and running.
The palace felt more quiet than usual. My dad approached me with a horrified look on his face.
"Dad are okay?"
"Y-Y-Y Your m-mother"
I felt the whole world shift under my feet.
Memories and flashbacks of the way she cared for me came back. Tears gathered in my eyes
"They did it our rival, our enemy"
My killing intent rose to degree where it could suffacate someone even my dad was terrified.
I stormed off to the training room as I put it in punishment mode. I wanted myself to suffer, I wanted to create permanent scars to remind me of my hatred.
A punishment no one could endure for a day I did. When I came out my body was riddled with holes, scars that were so scary gruesome that no one knew what monster would do such a thing.
I didn't eat on that they instead I trained as if I'll die immediately I stop training.
Little did I know that I was wrong.
