So... This is the end of this little writing marathon.
This fic was originally supposed to be called "Succumania" and focus on succubi in a modern world setting and with Luka (my OC) trying to resolve problems.
The thing is... It got out of hand pretty quickly, and what I wanted in the beginning soon transformed into a semi-epic semi-comedic story with a lot of characters.
Unfortunately, I'm not very good at keeping track with characters, and, not going to lie, Pit kind of flew over my head many times (which is why he appeared right at the end, because I forgot about him). It's not because I dislike these characters, but it's usually because I have an idea and it sometimes don't involve them, and in Pit's case, he wasn't very involved.
Also, a bit of context on my characters.
Luka, aka SubLuka, is the protagonist of my novel "A Tamia's Tale". A guy who gets transported to a world with a lot of mysteries and shit going on, and where death is at every step. Since his name was taken after the protagonist of MGQ, I figured it would be funny to have the both of them in a story. Also yeah, he is very different from Luka. While you may have seen his optimistic side, it's because it's the Luka after his journey and so in hero mode.
Wrimbo, yes yes I know, my nickname is Vr1bo and it bears resemblance but hear me out. Wrimbo is the very first OC I've created and is also a character from my novel. Technicallyyyy he would have been able to defeat Wrath but who cares about him and that wasn't really the point. Not much to say about him since I haven't written his story yet (though I will, I already know it). Also he gets revived but his "girlfriend" doesn't. I mean, who deserves happy endings anyway?
Seris (aka Saki). If you have read the first part of my novel well you know her mostly through the name Saki. Not going to explain much cuz I haven't finished A Tamia's Tale, she is my favorite character, that's it. Hope you liked her appearances.
Weapon 4 and 7 and Wrath: Villains I scrapped in my original draft of A Tamia's Tale. Too powerful and annoying, but I though it would be funny that the final villain was a guy aware of his position and angry that he was scrapped from the story.
Why Goku?
Goku is probably the first superhero I've known (besides Superman). To me, he is a character that brings everybody together, and so in that regard, fitting to be the symbol of hope for Luka. I took the Goku from his trip to Namek otherwise he would be too OP and I'm not very good with powerscaling in general. Like Stan Lee said, the one who wins is the one that the author wants to win.
Why this fic? Well, it was a writing exercise for me more than anything. How many chapters was I capable of pulling out in a matter of days? How good would they turn out to be? I will keep these answers to myself, since it's my exercise, but you got the idea.
I took it seriously, don't get me wrong, but let's just say I haven't put as much thought (CLEARLY NOT AS MUCH) as I did with A Tamia's Tale. One is a just a side story for fun, the other is a work I've been working on for years.
