Sephis: The Sword of Hope

"Would you like to try saving a world?" Sephis, a part-time convenience store clerk, lives an ordinary life—until a mysterious woman enters his store late one night. She offers him a strange, almost playful invitation. Confused yet intrigued, Sephis agrees without thinking much of it. However, this mindless decision would lead him to awaken not in his familiar world but in another parallel world of Olifaro, a continent scarred by war and divided among four warring factions: the powerful Seruva Empire, the proud Kingdom of Alexis, the democratic Republic of Febra, and the devout Holy Lands of Kaelus. To his shock, Sephis finds himself in the body of a young recruit having the same name as his at the Cristica Military Academy, a famed institution in the Kingdom of Alexis that trains soldiers and mysticians for the battlefield. Sephis knew nothing in this world nor what life this version of him led here. Armed only with the knowledge of his own world and vague agreement he made to the mysterious woman, Sephis has no other choice but to prove himself among the skilled students, and uncover his role in this world. But is he truly here to save this world—or was he sent here for a different reason entirely?
