Auxiliary Chapter 1: Elden's Past – A Knight's Burden

Elden wasn't always the stoic, brooding warrior you see now. In fact, there was a time when he laughed freely, his heart unburdened by the weight of loss. He was once part of the Knights of Solaria, a noble order sworn to protect the realm. Elden, the youngest of them, earned his place through sheer determination and talent, quickly rising through the ranks. His strength with the blade was unmatched, and his loyalty to his comrades was unwavering.

But then came the Dark War, a battle that changed everything. The forces of darkness descended upon Solaria, and Elden and his knights fought bravely. However, they were hopelessly outnumbered. One by one, his comrades fell, their light extinguished by the overwhelming tide of shadows. Elden was left standing amidst the carnage, his body battered and his spirit shattered.

His comrades, knowing he was the last hope for Solaria, made the ultimate sacrifice, creating a barrier of light to protect him. Elden watched helplessly as his friends gave their lives for his survival, knowing he could do nothing to save them. He lived, but the guilt of surviving when they did not haunted him ever since.

Now, Elden carries their memory with him, every swing of his sword a tribute to the comrades he lost. His journey isn't just about fighting the darkness—it's about finding redemption for surviving when others did not.

Auxiliary Chapter 2: Caelan's Hobby – The Art of Doing Nothing

Caelan might be the Chosen One, wielder of the Light, destined to defeat the darkness... but let's be honest, the dude has some weird hobbies. When he's not out there slaying monsters or saving the world, Caelan is a master at the art of doing absolutely nothing.

He loves taking long naps in the sun, and if you ever need to find him, just look for the nearest patch of grass or cozy tree stump. More often than not, you'll see him sprawled out, arms behind his head, snoozing like he doesn't have a care in the world. The guy could sleep through a battle (oh wait, he did sleep through the apocalypse).

But when Caelan is not sleeping, he's usually doing something ridiculous, like trying to catch fish with his bare hands (and failing) or drawing really bad pictures of Elden and Zaimond (usually with exaggerated muscles and weird facial expressions). His artistic skills? Let's just say they're as terrible as his combat skills are amazing.

There's also his deep love for eating. Caelan has an almost supernatural ability to put away food. You'd think saving the world would make him more serious, but nope—his mind is often on where his next meal is coming from.

But hey, despite his goofy hobbies, Caelan is the kind of guy who brings a bit of sunshine to the darkest days. His ability to lighten the mood is why Elden and Zaimond stick around. The guy may be lazy, but when push comes to shove, he's there, sword in hand, ready to fight.

Auxiliary Chapter 3: Is Zaimond Really Strong? (Spoiler: Yes, but He's an Idiot)

Let's talk about Zaimond, the wild card in our little trio. You might be asking yourself, "Is Zaimond actually strong?" The answer is, yes. Zaimond is actually ridiculously powerful—like, world-bending, reality-shaking levels of power. The guy has enough magical potential to rival the best of the best.

But here's the thing: he's also an absolute idiot.

Zaimond has all the power, but he lacks the one crucial thing that separates a great mage from an average one: common sense. He's the kind of guy who'll try to cast a fireball spell and accidentally burn off his own eyebrows (which, fun fact, he has done more than once). His ability to control magic is directly proportional to how distracted he is, which is often.

See, Zaimond's problem isn't his strength—it's his attention span. He has so much magical energy running through him at all times that his brain is practically buzzing with ideas. Half the time, he's experimenting with spells while they're in the middle of a fight, which has resulted in some hilarious, if not dangerous, situations.

There was that one time he summoned a massive lightning storm to strike down a shadow beast… only to accidentally electrify the entire battlefield, including Caelan and Elden. Or the time he conjured a teleportation spell that sent him into the bottom of a lake instead of the battlefield.

The truth is, Zaimond has all the tools to be a legendary mage, but his scatterbrained nature and lack of focus make him more of a comedic disaster than a magical powerhouse. Despite his flaws, though, when he does focus and pull himself together, Zaimond is a force to be reckoned with. In those rare moments, you can see the glimpse of what he could truly become: a mage of terrifying power.

But until then… well, we just hope he doesn't accidentally blow up the team.
