Chapter 32 - [32] Justice, Raging Tornado, And The Destruction Of CIA Headquarters

"Fuck, what the hell is this?"

"What kind of Mutation is this?"

"Shit, he's coming!"

In the high-level conference room of the CIA administrative building, dozens of agents stared at Brian in terror as he approached, their faces pale and drenched in cold sweat.

Agent Daniel, a senior CIA operative, fumbled for his walkie-talkie to call for backup.

"Requesting support, requesting suppo—"

Before Agent Daniel could finish his call, Brian appeared in front of him in an instant, moving like a hurricane. His Silver Surfer-like form, with its metallic skin, easily deflected the incoming bullets.

This form not only provided him with bulletproof resistance but also significantly enhanced his strength. Though not as powerful as the future Colossus, it was more than enough to handle these CIA agents.

In the terrified gaze of Agent Daniel, Brian calmly raised his right hand, effortlessly grabbing Daniel by the neck and lifting him off the ground.

"Fire," one of the agents shouted in desperation.

A hail of bullets followed, but it was all in vain.

None of their attacks could penetrate Brian's impenetrable metal skin.

Brian ignored the relentless storm of bullets raining down on him and looked at Agent Daniel with cold indifference.

With a slight effort, he flung Agent Daniel toward the group of clustered CIA agents.

Bang.

The force of the throw was immense, sending Agent Daniel crashing into the agents like a bowling ball knocking down pins.

Several agents were flung across the room, slamming into the conference room walls with a series of dull thuds.

By this point, Agent Daniel was barely clinging to life, more dead than alive.

"You freak, take this!" one of the remaining CIA agents shouted in rage after seeing his comrades downed. He dropped his rifle, grabbed a rocket launcher from somewhere, and aimed it directly at Brian.

Boom.

The rocket shot out, and the explosion's scorching heat and flames engulfed Brian.

"I-I killed that monster!" the agent yelled excitedly as the explosion consumed Brian.

But what happened next left him speechless and trembling with fear.

Brian calmly walked out from the center of the explosion, completely unharmed.

The rocket explosion couldn't penetrate the defense of Brian's Silver Surfer form. It didn't even trigger his adaptive evolution— the attack was too weak.

To Brian, the assault from the CIA agents felt like little more than a tickle.

He didn't want to waste any more time.

Under the stunned gazes of everyone in the room, Brian casually snapped his fingers.

Behind him, the flames from the rocket explosion began to swirl and gather rapidly. In an instant, the flames formed a massive fire dragon that roared ferociously as it rushed toward the group of CIA agents.

Boom.

A massive explosion echoed through the room as the fire dragon detonated. Dozens of CIA agents were hurled into the air, blown away by the force of the blast.

Even the sheer aftermath of the explosion was enough to tear the ceiling off the conference room.

When the flames and smoke cleared, the conference room had been reduced to ruins. All the CIA agents lay scattered across the floor, most of them severely injured or dead.

The entire room looked as though it had been hit by a bomb.

"The power of the fire tornado isn't bad," Brian remarked, looking at the destruction in front of him with satisfaction.

What he had used was the Tornado ability he had acquired by plundering Riptide's powers. While the tornado itself was originally only a level 4 ability, in Brian's hands, it became immensely powerful after reaching the MAX level. He could even control it to mimic other elements.

The fire dragon that had just wreaked havoc was created by Brian manipulating the fire tornado.

With the battle over, Brian calmly approached the group of trembling CIA senior congressmen. He grabbed a random, overweight man from the group and smiled.

"Tell me, who's in charge of the CIA's secret research and development base?" he asked.

"Senator Foster! Senator Foster is in charge of the secret research and development department!" the man stammered, his face pale with fear. He betrayed his colleague without a second thought.

In a desperate attempt to save himself, he even pointed out Senator Foster for Brian.

"Very good. I'm satisfied with your answer," Brian said with a cold smile.

"Now, you can die."

Brian pulled out his M1911 pistol from his pocket and calmly squeezed the trigger.

Bang.

The bullet pierced the fat congressman's forehead, his eyes wide with terror as he slumped to the ground—dead, his eyes still wide open.

"Raven, take Congressman Foster with you—we need to leave," Brian said as he approached Senator Foster, lifting him effortlessly like a rag doll.

He then handed the terrified congressman over to Raven.

With a flick of his hand, Brian summoned another tornado.

Rumble.

Inside the conference room, a violent tornado began to swirl and rage. The CIA senior congressmen, desperately clinging to whatever they could, were inevitably pulled into the storm.

Chairs, tables, walls—even the ceiling—were torn apart by the sheer force of the tornado.

Under Brian's control, the entire conference room was dismantled, the destructive power ripping through the reinforced concrete of the CIA administrative building.

The building itself was split in two.

"Holy... is that even human?"

"Monster! He's a monster!"

"Fucking hell, how are we supposed to fight something like this?"

Outside the CIA administrative building, agents rushing in for support stood frozen in shock as they watched the building being torn apart. Half of it began to collapse, breaking down into debris under the onslaught of the tornado.

Even from 50 meters away, the incredible suction from the tornado could still be felt.

Many CIA agents near the administrative building had already begun to stumble, their bodies involuntarily sliding toward the powerful vortex.

"Oh my God, what is that?" one agent suddenly shouted, his gaze fixed upward.

His panicked scream caught the attention of the other agents, and they instinctively followed his gaze.

What they saw left them speechless.

Above the CIA administrative building, an incredibly handsome figure with four angelic wings hovered in the sky, staring down at them with cold indifference.

"Is that, is that... a person?"

"A four-winged angel! An angel has descended to the world!"

"Angel... that's an angel!"

Among the group of CIA agents, a few devout believers immediately dropped their weapons and fell to their knees, bowing to the figure in the sky.

The rest of the agents were gripped by fear, their hands trembling. Some were so terrified they couldn't even hold onto their weapons.

What they were witnessing was beyond anything they could comprehend.

The majestic figure in the sky was none other than Brian, who had activated his four-winged angelic form.

As soon as Brian released the tornado, he leaped high into the sky.

The weightless environment at high altitude allowed him to easily activate his four-winged angelic form.

Since he was still in his Silver Surfer form, Brian's entire body gleamed silver, even his wings, which appeared as metallic silver appendages—radiating an aura of dominance.

In his right hand, he held Senator Foster, limp like a ragdoll, and Raven clung to him like a koala, securely attached.

"God has declared all men sinners. The hurricane shall sweep away the filth of this world. Now, in the name of the four-winged Angel, justice will be served."

Brian's powerful voice boomed, carried across the entire CIA headquarters by the swirling winds.

All eyes turned to the magnificent figure hovering in the sky.

They could only gaze in awe at the beautiful metallic wings, gently flapping, as the ground below responded.

Dozens of tornadoes rose from the earth, tearing through the CIA headquarters.

In the face of these powerful storms, human-made structures were as fragile as paper, collapsing one after another under the ravaging force of the tornadoes.

With the CIA administrative building as the epicenter, dozens of tornadoes surged outward, sweeping across everything in their path. One building after another disappeared, torn apart by the relentless winds.

"What the hell is Brian doing? Is he trying to reveal the existence of mutants to the world?"

Professor X, who had been quietly waiting to pick up Brian and Raven outside the CIA headquarters, couldn't hold back his shock.

He watched in disbelief as Brian floated above the rapidly crumbling headquarters, buildings collapsing one by one under the force of the tornadoes.

"Mutants should be like Brian—trampling humans beneath their feet. Only mutants are sacred and noble," Magneto said, his gaze filled with admiration as he looked up at Brian in his four-winged angelic form.

While Professor X was filled with worry and uncertainty, Magneto saw Brian as a symbol of what mutants should aspire to.

For him, Brian had become the embodiment of mutant supremacy.
