Lysander thought of the way she would react and how her eyes would widen. He even wanted her to scold him for being careless.
He shook his head at the thoughts of him wanting to be scolded, knowing how silly it sounded to him.
With a deep breath, let out a small gasp, just enough to catch her attention.
"I'm sorry," she said, her hands pausing mid-air. "Are you okay?"
Lysander nodded, flashing a soft smile. "It just stung a little," he said, trying to sound a bit dramatic.
"I'll be careful," Mia said and returned to cleaning his wounds.
He watched as she careful cleaned them, blowing air on his wounds as she cleaned them in an attempt to minimize his pain.
"Does that help?" She asked, glancing up at him with her bright hazel eyes.
Lysander nodded, offering a smile as she went back to cleaning his wounds.
