The voice came from behind me, a low, mocking tone that carried through the tension-laden air. I turned slowly, the Leviathan Axe still in my grasp, its icy aura steadily dissipating as I surveyed the battlefield.
Emerging from the rear of the Kashi forces was a figure draped regal silk clothes instead of armour, his body showcasing jewelry, his appearance ferocious with madness clouding his eyes.
His long, flowing hair was dark as night, and his sharp eyes glimmered with an unsettling confidence.
