Chapter 1 - EPISODE 1 - A Wish to Change Fate

Anna had always felt a strange pull toward Noah, the tragic second male lead of the novel she had been reading. He was the adopted son, thrust into a family that was never truly his. His red eyes and long silver hair, otherworldly and haunting, made him stand out—both in the story and in Anna's mind. He was beautiful in a way that felt almost ethereal, but behind his striking appearance was a broken boy whose life had been filled with pain.

Noah's tragic fate had always left Anna feeling hollow. He was adopted into the same noble family as Helena, the biological daughter, but while Noah was kind, loyal, and capable of great magic, Helena's jealousy drove her to torment him. Her parents' favor toward Noah only fueled her hatred. Every act of cruelty Helena inflicted pushed Noah deeper into despair, until he finally snapped.

In the novel, Noah's transformation was a spectacle. After enduring years of abuse, he rose to become the master of the magic tower, his power unmatched. But instead of finding peace, his heart grew colder, consumed by the betrayal he suffered. In the end, he took his revenge, killing Helena in a storm of wrathful magic.

And yet, despite everything he had been through, Noah's greatest tragedy wasn't Helena's cruelty. It was his unrequited love for the heroine of the story. She had saved him from Helena's grasp, helped him rise to his potential, but in the end, she chose the crown prince over him. Noah, the lonely, broken boy who had become a powerful mage, died alone, his heart shattered beyond repair.

Anna had cried the first time she read that part. It felt so unjust. Noah had deserved better. He had deserved love.

"If only I could change his story," Anna whispered one night, as she lay in bed, the book clutched to her chest. It was a foolish wish, she knew. This was just a story—a world of fiction where the ending was already written. Yet, in her heart, she wished she could take Helena's place, prevent the torment, and give Noah the happiness he never received.

That night, as she closed her eyes, her mind filled with images of Noah's tragic smile and those piercing red eyes, Anna made a silent vow: If I could, I would change everything for you.

When Anna woke, the world had shifted.

The familiar walls of her bedroom were gone. Instead, she found herself in a lavish room, decorated with expensive furniture and ornate fabrics. Her hands—small and delicate—didn't feel like her own. With a growing sense of dread, Anna rushed to the mirror and stared at her reflection.

Helena's face stared back at her.

"No..." Anna whispered in shock. "This can't be real."

But it was. She had somehow woken up in the body of Helena, the villainess of the story, at the very moment when everything began to change for Noah. She was just 10 years old, and it was the month Noah would be adopted into the family.

Anna's heart raced. She knew what would happen from this point on—how Helena's jealousy would grow and how Noah's suffering would begin. But this time, things would be different.

She wasn't Helena. She was Anna, a girl who had wished to change Noah's fate. And now, she had been given the chance.

With a newfound resolve, Anna stared at herself in the mirror. "I won't let you suffer, Noah. Not this time. I'll change your story."

And with that, the cruel fate set for Noah began to unravel.
