As the game wrapped up, Daniel slurred, "Tired of talking... need fresh air."
Alex smiled, seizing the opportunity. "Let's take a stroll outside."
Dylan raised an eyebrow but said nothing.
Sergio nodded subtly, understanding Alex's plan.
Outside, the night air was crisp. Daniel swayed slightly, his words slurring.
Alex guided him farther from the house, the music fading into the distance.
Daniel giggled, "You're really beautiful, Alex."
Alex chuckled, playing along. "Thanks, Daniel. You're not so bad yourself."
As they walked, Alex carefully poured Daniel another drink, encouraging him to keep drinking.
Daniel didn't notice, too caught up in the moment.
Alex waited until Daniel was thoroughly intoxicated before asking questions. One thing he had noticed from hanging out with Daniel; he never remembers any0thing he says when drunk.
"Hey, Daniel... what's your dad's next move?"
