Julius woke up feeling a little excited for the day that lay ahead. Not only were the third years having a half day, but they were finally starting a new unit in history class, and from what his older roommates had told him, the unit on world history was one of the best ones.
Julius had always been a huge history buff, finding the subject both intriguing and fascinating, so he couldn't contain his excitement as he walked into class. Silas gave him an odd look as he wondered how someone could like one of the most boring subjects on earth.
"History class sucks, I don't know why you love it so much, and it doesn't help that we have one of the worst teachers teaching it." Silas said.
"It's important to understand history, Silas. Those who forget it are doomed to repeat it. Plus Mr. Hendrikson isn't that bad, he's old school." Julius replied.
