With things now back to normal and the high of the friendly match now done, Julius found himself feeling more free than ever which made it easier for him to start thinking of things he'd rather not have to think about.
Even after two weeks had passed, his wounds were still fresh, and his process of healing was taking much longer than he had initially anticipated, which forced him to realize how much he liked the older boy. They say time healed wounds, but clearly the person who said that didn't factor in how relative time really was.
