Gulu Plain was a large expanse of empty desert that separated the Cloud Dew dynasty and the Kalahari dynasty. The desert stretched for hundreds of miles that one would need days to cross if they traveled on foot, scorching sand and sizzling wind occupied this space. Making it not suitable for settlement.
This was why none of the dynasties had tried to claim it and just left it as a border between the two dynasties. The air was harsh to breathe in, extremely cold at night, and scorching hot during the day. Only a few beasts that were able to survive in such harsh conditions dared to make the Gulu plain their home, while some super resilient bushes grew scantily across the plain.
The land was uneven, some sides being steep while other parts rising like hills; little hurricanes would occasionally sweep across the place, something changing the terrains and positions of various landmarks.
