Heeya was waiting in Yeogsam station.
Haein and I were in line number 2, the Circle Line.
We just got on the first and tenth carriage in the 7:49 train. The train will arrive at Yeogsam, 5 stops from here - 1 stop past Gangnam station.
This was peak rush hour for the morning commuters.
The 268 train of the Circle Line ran with ten carriages. Each carriage's capacity was 160 people per carriage. However, the congestion rate was reportedly over 300% on a daily basis at this hour. I like rounding down for these things, so I estimated 400 people in the carriage now, meaning with 10 carries it was 4,000 people on this very train that Haein and I were in - each of us at the far end of the long train.
