Chapter 84 - Bridge

As someone called out to me, whose voice I knew but couldn't recognize, I came back to my senses to find that everything I could see was back to its beautifully vivid color, no longer tainted by the evil green flame that tainted my eyes. 

I looked around and the whole area was a mess. 

The carnage was unbelievable. Where I stood was no longer recognizable as the lively shopping district that it once was. Lottie tower was crumbled to the ground. Broken concrete blocks are scattered everywhere. Seokchon Lake was completely dried out as if all the water had evaporated to the last drop. 

There were bodies. Dead bodies. Most of them were defiled to the extent it would have been hard to tell they were human corpses if there had been no soldier uniforms that helped maintain some form of human shape for the squashed meat.
