"I get what you're saying." Alice said, taking her hand back from his hold. "And now I think I'm finally curious."
"About?"
"Your mask." She pointed at his face. "Why won't you take it off?"
Micheal went silent and Alice tilted her head.
"You said I could ask, and if I remember clearly, you looked like you wanted me to ask." She said and Micheal nodded.
"Yeah, I did want you to ask. But it's not because I wanted to eagerly tell you my story." He slowly got up to his feet and started dusting his knees. "It was simply because I wanted you to have interest in me, even if it's for the detail that I am not very comfortable with."
Alice blinked, a little confused.
"So, are you going to tell me or not?" She asked, causing him to laugh but his laugh sounded... Sad.
"It pains me that you hold no interest in me, Alice." He said and turned his face away. "But it can't be helped. After all, I am not normal."
