As the kingdoms were striving to improve their development sectors, some, like Zyriel and Erina, had realized that an early strike could slow down the progress of others. Anos, Zyriel's scout, accompanied by five soldiers, set out to explore the south first. Quickly, they discovered an immense mountain range stretching across the entire southern horizon. These mountains were dotted with steep plateaus, deep ravines, tumultuous torrents, and mysterious caves.
"I think we've found where the Aegyls are hiding," murmured Anos, scanning the rugged landscape before him.
"Why do you say that, General?" asked one of the soldiers, perplexed since there was no visible sign of the Aegyls.
