Faith Richards returned home, disappointment heavy in her heart.

Altogether, over a hundred kids lived in the charity's building.
She wished she could take in more, but her resources were already stretched to the limit.
Even so, Faith found it nearly impossible to turn anyone away, further straining an already tight budget.
