"Ahhhhhh! Stop!" Reina's scream tore through the room, raw and filled with terror.
Her hands trembled as she touched her body, still intact but haunted by the memory of death.
Althea's lips curled into a cold smile.
"Stop? We've barely begun." She really can't forgive anyone who would dare mock her beloved with the tag of a mere monster.
With a flick of her wrist, Reina's body was once again torn apart.
"No!" Mari's voice cracked as she lunged forward, only for her own body to be struck by the same invisible force.
She let out a bloodcurdling scream as her limbs were severed and her torso was shredded, her vision fading in and out as agony consumed her.
Piece by piece, Mari and Reina were rebuilt, only to be destroyed again.
The carnage continued for what felt like an eternity. Althea's methods became increasingly cruel—gouging their eyes, ripping out their tongues, slicing off their ears.
