Without shifting his eyes away from the battlefield, True Lord Xavier nodded his head. These actions might have been considered rude if he had been a weakling, but Xavier was no weakling, even though Leo Blue Swan felt a twinge of annoyance, he dared not entertain such thoughts openly.
"The situation is dire for Knight Heaven City. Four noble Earthly Knights have fallen, and the lives of two Sky Knights hang by a thread," Leo began, his voice composed, reflecting the polished demeanor of his noble upbringing.
He continued for a moment, but Lord Xavier's lack of response betrayed his disinterest. Sensing this, Leo fell silent, stepping back with an unreadable expression.
Time slowly passed. Leo Blue Swan looked at the True Lord Xavier silently, waiting for his response.
"Next," Xavier commanded, his cold, apathetic voice cutting through the air like a blade.
Leo's words weren't the answer that Lord Xavier seemed to be looking for.
