"I don't want a single complaint from you, I don't want to find out that you're talking to a mudblood and I don't want a mediocre performance. Is that understood, Odette?"
I don't want....It stands out.
Almost imperceptibly, Kaguya nodded her head in agreement. If she didn't make any sudden movements, everything would be fine.
"Good," The man looked away from his niece to look at his son, "Draco, let's talk."
Both blondes walked away, leaving the girl a little shaky.
Kaguya looked back at her stroller and placed her owl on the trunk, making sure it wouldn't fall or land on top of anything else.
"Everything is in order, you don't have to worry," The girl ignored her, and began to stretch her clothes with her hands while swallowing hard, "Kaguya, look at me."
"I'm sorry, Aunt," Kaguya stood still and approached her aunt.
"You're just nervous, it's normal," The woman took Kaguya's face in her hands and planted a kiss on her forehead, "You better get on the train or everything will be packed."
Kaguya turned her head and saw a few kids entering the express.
She looked back at her aunt with a small smile.
"Goodbye, Aunt Narcissa," The girl kissed the woman's cheek before starting to walk to one of the train doors.
Once at the door, she turned back to her aunt and waved goodbye.
Kaguya let out a deep sigh and started walking inside the train.
There were several cabins with seats inside and doors, and train was also divided into carriages.
She looked into several cabins hoping to find someone.
And she did after walking a few seconds. She found a girl and a boy with black hair who were talking to each other.
"Excuse me," Kaguya stood in the doorway and the two children looked at her, "Can I sit here? I don't think all the seats are taken."
"Yes, what's the point of sitting all alone when you can sit with us?" That girl said with a mischievous smile on her face.
"...Is that so?"
That girl widened her smile and stood up, reaching out her hand to Kaguya.
"Pansy Parkinson," she introduced herself cheerfully, "And he--" girl pointed to the boy, "is Theodore Nott."
But, Pansy suddenly moved a little closer to Kaguya and whispered, "I don't recommend it, he is very boring."
"And you are very ugly," the boy replied in same mocking tone, "You can call me Theo."
He spoke to Kaguya.
Pansy returned to her seat to make way for Kaguya. She entered the cockpit and placed Miyuki's cage in the compartments.
She straightened her clothes before sitting down and introducing herself.
"I'm Kaguya Black."
"Black? Like the killer?"
Kaguya made a small face at Theo's words. Pansy, seeing her, poked her friend's stomach with elbow.
"Sorry, it was just a shock!" he apologized, glaring at Pansy.
If Kaguya showed sadness about her father's remarks, would be showing weakness.
She must not be weak, must be strong and show that she was more than her father's mistake.
She had to show Lucius that she can be more than he thinks.

"You should try not to mess with the daughter of a murderer," Kaguya threatened, taking out her wand with clear mockery.
Pansy laughed at her friend's micro scare and changed seats to sit next to Kaguya, "Sorry, that was just an impression."
"I think I found my first friend!" Pansy declared fondly, but Theo looked at them badly for a moment, but then smiled, "Which house do you want to be in Kaguya?"
"Slytherin, with the best and most powerful wizards," Kaguya said with such pride that it was easy to guess which house she had been told about all her life.
"We are pureblood, that makes us better than the rest no matter what house we are in," Theo spoke with great pride.
"He's right. We already have an advantage because of the blood we have," Pansy supported him truly, "But, we don't have to lose that advantage against... He's so cute!"
The other two were a little stunned by the girl's scream. Pansy stood up on her seat to get a better look at Miyuki.
"Busy?" The three of them looked at Draco who stood at the door.
"Malfoy, Draco Malfoy," he introduced himself with a cocky smile.
Kaguya knew what they were doing, and that was couldn't show themselves as they were at home.
She and Draco had to be the best.
That was the condition.
The journey was fun, as four of them got along immediately after discovering they had same beliefs and values, taught by their family, of course.
And arriving at Hogwarts was even better.
Draco met some children who saw him as a god just for being Malfoy.
And Kaguya discovered that having the surname Black gave her a certain respect.
The castle was gigantic and beautiful.
Kaguya was so amazed that she couldn't close her mouth as girl entered the castle with other first-year children.
"Welcome to Hogwarts."
Kaguya stopped looking at the castle to look at the witch who was talking to her.
She was a teacher, she had the bearing of one, "In a few moments you will pass by here to meet your classmates, but before taking your seats you will be selected to belong to one of the four houses."
Theo stood a little excited next to Kaguya when teacher began to name the houses.
"These are: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin."
Pansy, Theo, Draco and Kaguya looked at each other excited and sure enough they would belong to the last house named.
"While you are here, your house will be like your family," Pansy hugged Kaguya a little after hearing that.
"With your triumphs you will earn points, but if you do not respect the rules you will lose them. And at the end of the year, house with the most points will take the House Cup...!"
"Trevor!"
All the children looked at the boy who pushed his way through them to take his frog that was at teacher's feet.
All, except for a little blond boy who fixed his gaze on a dark-haired boy with glasses and a scar shaped like a lightning bolt.
"I'm sorry," the boy apologized, returning to his place.
"The Sorting ceremony will begin in a few moments," Teacher announced before leaving.
"It's Harry Potter," was the first thing Theo said to his group when teacher left, pointing at the boy Draco hadn't stopped looking at.
The two girls turned their attention to the boy pointed at.
Kaguya felt a certain whirlwind when she saw him, it was the boy she saw in Diagon Alley, Harry Potter.
She wanted to walk towards him without attracting too much attention from her friends, but Draco beat her to it.
"It was true! What they said on the train," he shouted loudly, causing everyone, including Harry Potter, to turn towards him.
"Harry Potter has arrived at Hogwarts," Like scared little animals, the other children stepped back, to make way for Draco.
"This is Crabbe and Goyle," he pointed casually at the two children who had become his fans, "And I am Malfoy, Draco Malfoy."
The blonde walked up to Harry and stood in front of him.
The red-haired boy standing next to one with glasses stifled a laugh, which Draco noticed.
"Do you think my name is funny?" This time Draco addressed the redhead, "I don't have to ask yours. That face, those old, worn-out clothes. You must be a Weasley." he assured with a tone of superiority, that he said nothing wrong.
Kaguya looked at Pansy and Theo, who shrugged their shoulders nonchalantly.
However, she had heard Ron's last name.
"Don't bother, Draco," This time it was Kaguya who spoke loudly. She walked towards them and stood next to her cousin.
"I'm Kaguya Black, nice to meet you Harry Potter," She stretched out her hand towards Harry and he, a little confused, shook it.
Kaguya glanced at Ron and winked at him knowingly.
Ron understood why her sudden appearance was so that Draco would stop trying to humiliate him.
"Black?" Kaguya turned her gaze towards a girl with voluptuous hair as if a tornado had passed through it, with front teeth sticking out of her mouth and bright brown eyes, "Your last name is recognized for certain reasons."
"What are you trying to say?" Kaguya asked, pushing her cousin so she could get closer to the girl.
"I'm not trying to say anything, just that I've read about your family and they don't have the best reputation in wizarding world," girl didn't show the same respect as the others when talking about the Black family.
She also spoke in a know-it-all tone and was very superior for her position.
"What's your last name?" Suddenly all the attention that was on Draco, Harry and Ron, was directed to Kaguya and the other girl.
"I'm Hermione Granger," She answered, which made Kaguya smile like a mischievous cat.
"Wow, I don't need to be a genius to know that you're a mudblood. The way you talk, the history book you carry, and the way you're unable to show any respect towards a pureblood family," Kaguya brought her face closer to Hermione's.
"I'll tell you something that you're going to find out very soon. People like you don't belong in this world, you little mudblood."
"You're just self-centered, Black!"

"And you're a confused girl who thinks she's better than us Purebloods. How cute." Kaguya's expression was very scary to look at, looking down on others, especially this girl who thinks she can insult her.
"I'll show you that I'm better than you!" Hermione glared at her and crossed her arms so as not to appear weak in front of Kaguya.
