Chapter 5 - Transmigration?

"Vivian Anne de Rose!" an angry voice was the first thing I had as I raised my head and met with the cold and indifferent eyes of a handsome young man who seemed to be in his early twenties.

I look around and find myself in an unfamiliar place filled with unfamiliar people, I can see a lot of people looking at us as if they are excepting some sort of exciting show, they are all dressed elegantly like some ancient nobles and it seems we are all in a ballroom or sort, "where is this and who are all these people", I'm currently confused but my face betrayed any sort of confusion because I'm good at making my feelings.

"Vivian Anne De Rose?" isn't that the name of the villainess in the novel "The Duke's Passionate Love" and who can probably be that uncultured man who is shouting Vivian's name?

I carefully looked at the man in front of me, he had black Ebony hair and black eyes that looked so charming that it seemed to have the ability to trap people's souls in it.

He has such a handsome face and a fit body that seems almost unreal like that of a Greek God, but despite how handsome he is Vivian remains unfused because she is used to such type of man's beauty even though her fiancee and her brother and her attending doctor are not more handsome than him, he's also not more handsome than them if they ask her to pick who is the most handsome although she will probably pick her brother and that he is because he is her brother.

"This should be the male lead, her asshole of a husband," Vivian thought to herself, "No, it should be my husband now" a smile plastered in her voice.

"Vivian! Why would you treat Lady Isla like that, you are the host and you're supposed to act more tolerant toward the guest. Don't forget that you the Duchess, must disgrace me all the time" Duke Leo yelled angrily at me

It was then I noticed a little lady cowering behind him in fear. She looked so beautiful and fair like an angel with a face and an innocent face like that of a lamb, the way she shivered in fear invoked a man's will to protect her but her eyes betrayed her action.

They hold no fear "She's trying to provoke me" I said to myself "What an interesting fellow, you sure are such a cunning green tea bitch".

"A disgrace?" I said, looking straight into the eyes of my douchebag husband, even though Leonard's aura is scary, making it hard for people around him to breathe. It doesn't scare me a bit because compared to Arthur's aura which I find a bit too powerful, his aura seems leaking.

Not to lie. Duke Leonard is quite capable as a leader, a noble, and a man but his EQ seems to be lacking despite having such a high IQ or should I say he cannot read women when it comes to anything outside business.

"It seems like your grace has forgotten that I'm still the only noblewoman recognized as the most honorable woman in this empire, brought up with the of the best of the best of everything a noblewoman should ever have, with etiquette manners and skills that only a princess can rival

and you dear call me a disgrace, it seems like you have forgotten who I am my dear husband. I should be the one telling you not to disgrace my family name and not the other way around your grace.

You need to remember who you are truly married to my dearest husband because I decided to take your family doesn't mean you should forget the woman married too

I'm still Princess Vivian Anne De Rose, the only daughter of the only archduke of this empire, no matter how distant I might be from the royal family, nothing changes the fact that I'm of royal blood not just anyhow noble, the most honorable and powerful noblewoman in Leutaz empire" l look at him with an arrogant gaze even though he's quite good at concealing his feelings and came still see the shock in his eyes.

Vivian is described as someone who is not only gentle and merciful to people but also as someone who has so much respect for her husband that she will keep her head bow low while being scolded by her husband without attempting to raise her voice or even fight back until today that I take over her body and broke her persona.

The original Vivian would never talk back to her husband be it in public or their household no matter how much her husband disgraced her or embarrassed her, she does not know how to fight back not only because she loves him too much but also because she is too gentle to fight back so whenever she is being scolded by her husband she will just wait quietly till she gets home before crying herself to sleep in her room since it's not honorable for a noblewoman to cry in public and also in this era woman are trained to be obedient and submissive to their husband and only a few noblewomen from mostly powerful families that can fight back against their husband but most noblewomen life is being controlled by the men in their life, from their father to their husband.

Even though Vivian life has been nothing but full of sorrow since the male lead entered her life, today marks the beginning of Vivian's labeling as the villainess if it is really the scene that I have in mind.

In the novel "The Duke's Passionate Love", the female protagonist's mindless fans start labeling Vivian as the villainess when at the early stage of the novel after the female lead debuts into the high society, she is invited to a ball by the duke which turns out to be Vivian's twenty-first birthday and their third wedding anniversary.
