Just then, an elderly woman appeared, tears streaming down her face. As she approached, Ayush's family parted to make way. The woman enveloped Ayush in a warm hug.

Ayush's blue eyes flashed with increased redness as he gazed at the woman. His mother, Sarita, noticed and her smile faltered. She tightly grasped Ayush's hand, as if to pull him away.

Ayush turned to his mother, her shaking his head in a gentle refusal. Sensing her emotion and word s , the redness in his eyes diminished. He allowed the elderly woman to hold him.

The woman's tears fell onto Ayush's face, mingling with his own unshed emotions. Eshu and the other cousins watched, their expressions softening.

Sarita's grip on Ayush's hand relaxed, her eyes locked onto the elderly woman. A mix of emotions danced across her face

While doctors were still struggling with ayush families as they had lost the trust of the ayush families declaring him dead if ayush hadn't woked up they would have killed them

Just then, a new doctor, a man in his 40s, arrived with a boy around Ayush's age. "Leave them alone; my father will check him thoroughly. Don't disturb him," the boy instructed and nearly screamed .

"Thanks, friend," Ayush whispered, his voice filled with gratitude. Leaning in closer, he spoke softly in the boy's ear, "I may have been in a coma, but I heard everything. Maybe I couldn't see or do anything, but your voice—pleading with my parents to help them , your daily visits—I know all this. Thanks, bro."

Ayush's voice trembled with emotion as he continued, "I promise, whenever and whatever type of help you need, just say the word. I'll be there for you, even if it means sacrificing myself. My parents may not know, but I knew if they had spent everything, selling themselves to afford my treatment. They couldn't afford more than a year in this hospital. Thank you so much, bro."

Their conversation remained private, unheard by the others. The commotion in the room continued, with no one noticing the depth of the exchange between Ayush and the boy.

The boy's eyes welled up with tears as he hugged Ayush tightly. "I'll always be here for you, Ayush. You're my my best friend

As the boy Ayush was hugging tightly was his dear friend Abhimanyu, son of the renowned Dr. Ayushman Khurana. Their friendship dated back to when Ayush joined the prestigious khurana school at 12, in 8th standard, after securing a scholarship.

From then on, they became inseparable, regularly visiting each other's homes for study sessions and developing a deep understanding of each other's families and themselves . Their friends often joked that if either of them were a girl, they would surely be in a relationship.

However, fate had other plans. After acing the entrance exams, Ayush began his MBBS studies. On first day of his collage tragedy struck when he met with a severe accident, leaving him with multiple broken bones and a debilitating brain clot.

Ayush's condition was critical; death seemed imminent. Yet, his unwavering will to live kept him clinging to life. His senses were dulled, except for his hearing, which remained intact.

Desperate for the best care, Ayush's family turned to Khurana Industries' flagship hospital, renowned globally for its exceptional medical expertise. Under Dr. Ayushman Khurana's guidance, the hospital offered the only hope for Ayush's recovery.

Despite the doctors' efforts, Ayush's condition remained critical. Over the past two years, numerous surgeries had managed to heal the clot and various injuries, but his brain damage persisted.

This morning, Ayush's vital signs and heartbeat had flatlined, undetectable by machines or medical staff. However, in reality, his heartbeat lingered, a little bit at an imperceptible rate.

Abhimanyu rushed to his father, pleading to take Ayush to a specialized facility as his father was gone outside of hospital , but it was too late. The doctors had already declared Ayush deceased.

Chaos erupted within the family as the doctor prepared to take Ayush's body for postmortem examination.

Just as they were about to move him, a brilliant, golden and blue energy illuminated the sky,. The radiance descended, piercing Ayush's body and focusing on his heart.
