One evening, during a council meeting, a well-respected Celestial elder stood up, his voice filled with indignation. "These exchanges dilute our culture! We should be protecting our way of life, not mixing it with theirs!"
Kaelith felt the tension in the room escalate. "But isn't our strength found in our diversity? We can celebrate our traditions without forsaking one another. We are not erasing our identities; we are enhancing them."
The elder shook his head. "You are blinded by idealism. This will lead to our downfall!"
