Enzo tried to open the door as softly as he could as he entered his bedroom with Lily. On his large bed, Enzo could see Lily sleeping with a blanket covering her body. Enzo was afraid that Lily would get sick because no one paid attention to her when he went far away. Enzo carefully approached Lily before slowly placing his hand on her forehead.
"She's fine..."
Enzo muttered as he felt Lily's body temperature. Enzo's fingers were just about to gently rub the woman's smooth forehead when Lily's eyes slowly opened and met Enzo's eyes.
"Did I wake you up?"
Enzo was afraid that his movement had woken Lily up. But Lily only shook her head and then got up to sit on the edge of the bed next to Enzo.
"Did I sleep too long?" Lily asked worriedly. She remembered that she had promised to wake Mia up when dinner arrived. Because Enzo asked her to rest, Lily was afraid that she did not fulfill that promise.
