Lily could only stare sadly as her sister roughly pulled her hand away from her own when she finished saying that. Rose's eyes stared at her with an angry expression as her dry and uncomfortable mouth began to scream with emotion.
"How could you say something like that, Lily?! He's our savior! He gave us a home when others wouldn't! He loved us like we were his children! Wouldn't we look selfish if we chose to stay alive after his death?!"
Lily looked at Rose before she tried to touch Rose's hand once more.
