"Brother Victor! Look, I got the biggest fruit!"
Victor's eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he saw Mia running towards him with a large apple. The girl's white cheeks blushed as Mia looked very happy. The girl stopped right in front of him. Her sweet face looked very sweet as the sunlight shone on Mia's smooth skin. Her round eyes stared at Victor with a sparkle full of hope, as the girl seemed to want Victor to praise her for getting the apple that looked so tempting.
"Victor, are you okay?"
Victor came back to his senses when Mia asked him in a surprised tone. Victor felt that this scene was too familiar to him. Victor swore that he felt like he had gone through the same incident in the past.
But Victor couldn't remember when that incident happened. Unconsciously, the man just kept staring at Mia's face as the girl in front of him slowly put on a worried expression because of his unusual actions.
