The cold water drops that kept dripping on her face made Mia try to open her eyes even though her whole body still felt numb, and it was difficult to listen to her commands. Darkness and blurred vision immediately greeted her when Mia could finally move a little. Mia just realized that her hands were tied when she felt a stinging sensation from both of her wrists. Mia was sitting in a dirty building that she didn't recognize. Her memory was still blurry and unclear when she saw the silhouette of someone sitting not far from her position.
Even though she was still dizzy, Mia could recognize the man who didn't seem to realize that they seemed to have been kidnapped. The man who drove her was sitting not far from her. His hands were also tied, although his condition was much worse than Mia's.
