The new house where their family lived was a simple but cozy home from the outside. The fences were short, with freshly planted bushes and flowers. The yard's grass was well-trimmed, the small path polished, and the porch clean.
There was a family wagon parked at the slope towards the garage, and the windows were covered by simple blue curtains.
It was evident that they had just moved in and that everything was prepared for them.
Both Tiel and Celeste stepped into the front yard with a sliver of doubt, unsure of themselves. It felt, above all else, that they were trespassing and were not welcome.
But Tiel led the way.
Once they arrived at the door, Tiel looked at the address one more time and then said, "Are you ready?"
