"He's no doubt much too old now to be put aside," Erickson said, the smoke from his lit cigarette lingering with the lack of breeze in the air. Everything around them was white from untouched snow.

Bianca held herself tightly, eyeing the frozen surface of the pond behind her private estate. Her body was covered by thick fur.

She did not, in any way, want to go there, having lived comfortably in her nice little apartment with just enough room for all her children for almost all her life.

But this place was bought by him for her so that she could live a comfortable life. However, the estate was huge, with multiple rooms, hectares of space surrounded by thick woods, and a great distance from the city or any school, for that matter.

It was hard to clean, and she did not enjoy having servants in the house. So now, this was just a place for her to go when her beloved Erickson was there.
