Tiel looked at his screen with narrowed eyelids, his gaze lingering on Asti's text message with doubt and a tinge of annoyance.
He knew well he had been riding her non-stop the past couple of weeks. But he also knew he was always careful, using protection and even personally taking her to get her jabs.
There was no such thing as being too careful when an innocent life was involved. So now that Asti claimed she could be pregnant, it was almost too much to accept.
Although the thought of having a child was surprisingly exciting, Tiel still didn't want to have one with her. He only wanted one woman to mother all his children. And that would be Celeste, not his side woman.
With a sigh, he started texting.
