A man with a burn mark on the left side of his face, wearing a costume and a red brooch, where the tie should've been, stands next to a building looking dead at the sky, around him are four dead bodies he killed not long ago, the bodies deformed, mutilated with deep cuts on the face and the body. The man is covered in blood, a sword standing beside him, he transforms into smoke, the blood on him falling, leaving him clean. The man gets ready to leave until a short man approaches him. The man's sword appears in his hand and that's when the short man tells him "Calm down, I'm only here to talk"
The man in black doesn't drop the sword, but neither has any intention of killing him.
"Don't believe me, right? I think you're tired, come with me and I'll explain everything tomorrow."
The short man starts walking away and the man in black follows.
Next day, the man dressed in black wakes up and starts to walk around the house until he finds the kitchen where the short guy is cooking.
"Take a seat, food's almost ready."
The man in black sits down and says.
"Thank you."
"So you can talk, that's good." says the short man.
The short dude serves a dish of eggs and bacon.
The man in black takes a fork and grabs a piece of bacon. It's approaching his mouth, but he can't eat and looks down.
"I think you need some explanations."
The man in black continues to look down and says:
"Where am I?"
"First of all calm down and don't panic."
The man in black doesn't say anything.
"Welcome to hell."
The man in black looks at him with a shocked expression.
"Jahannan if you're muslim or 'I was fucking wrong' if you're an atheist, but you understand."
The man in black looks at his hands in shock.
"I don't think I've introduced myself! I'm Rako."
The man in black doesn't say anything for a couple of seconds and then responds:
"Eagle."
"I don't like using my last name, so what's your first name?"
"It's not my last name."
Rako looks at him and says:
"I hope you're not a furry."
"What's that?"
"Alright, at least you ain't like that, but the nickname sounds like a child going through a phase, please tell me your name."
"I don't know it!"
Exclaims the man in black.
"I don't know anything, I don't know why I'm here, I don't know why I killed those people, I don't even know my name!"
"Sorry..."
Both of them stay silent until 'Eagle' says:
"Why are you helping me? You saw all the bodies around me, why help me?"
"Because I want you to help me become hell's new king"
Eagle looks at him
"I want you to help me kill the rest of the sins and to become hell's new king!"
"I don't understand..."
"Lucifer, the king of hell, said a long time ago that, after the seven sins get killed, anybody is free to provoke him for the spot of hell's new king. Four of the sins have already been killed, there are only three left and Lucifer. I want you to help me kill them."
Eagle almost threw up and fell on the floor, probably because he remembered what he did last night. I can't read thoughts, but his face when he heard what Rako was asking him to do
"Are you ok?" Rako quickly went to him after he saw him falling off the chair. "What happened?"
"No, I can't, not again. Why do you want this?"
Rako looks him in the eyes and tells him:
"For the money and the power. Money can buy anything and power, power that lets me do everything I want to. If I want, I could probably even go to heaven if I want"
"You really think you can go to Heaven?"
"Probably."
Eagle gets up and sits back in the chair.
"I'll help you, but you have to promise that you'll take me to Heaven afterwards."
"You got my word."
I waited quite a long time for you to start, so I hope I didn't wait in vain. I'm putting my faith in you two, so don't disappoint me. My brother will be pleased with you two.
