Lying in the blood of his family, Takashi felt his life slipping away. In his last moments, he cried out to the heavens, his voice trembling with desperation.
"Gods… help me!" he pleaded. "Give me the strength to save them! Please, I beg you!"
But there was only silence.
Tears streamed down his face as he stared up at the sky. "Please… don't let it end like this…"
No answer came.
The light in his eyes began to fade, and as darkness consumed him, a bright, distant light appeared in his mind.
"Is this… hope?" he thought. "Maybe… maybe this is salvation…"
