Rain walking in the middle of the group in a narrow corridor. While walking he is transferring all his energy to the life seed. He wants to complete the first stage of growth of life seed quickly.

Rain bends his head to look ahead and finds a light source ahead, they must be coming upon another cavern. He prays inside the cavern an altar is present. After the destruction of the last altar, they came upon several caverns but most were empty and small.
He wishes it was a large cavern ahead, with the altar because destroying the altars the barrier will be destroyed and He, his mother, and others will be able to escape Torian.
As Rain walked inside the cavern, he collided with a man walking ahead of him because the man suddenly stopped. He is curious why he stopped, he pushes him to create a gap and looks ahead to find a light rising from the ground and passing through the ceiling of the cavern.
Surrounding the light were wooden houses, which made it difficult to see the enemies protecting the altar. Rain spread his soul power to investigate but his soul power stops at the outer area of the house.
Rain hears the voice of the captain, " The altar ahead must be a main or core altar."
Another guard spoke," Then the protection of the altar must be higher than the previous one."
The enthusiastic woman spoke, " It does not matter how many cultist forces guarding the altar." She looks at everyone," We will have to destroy the altar for us and for the city."
Everyone nods agreeing with her. Then the captain interjects," But you will not participate in the fight."

Rain follows the guards running behind them, his eyes on his mother flying in her chimera form. He watches as his mother's group is halfway to the altar. He noticed from the ceiling around the light that 6 things flew out of the ceiling toward his mother's group.
He hears a sound similar to a wasp and finds the 6 things are large wasps each around 4 metres in length. They zap toward his mother and three others fly with her. Rain looks at them with worry but he is unable to help as they are flying to him.
So he turns his attention in front of him, as the civilians in their chimera form demolish the houses in front of them making a straight path to the altar. But Rain notices in front of them a bronze light wall form and the civilians collide with the wall.
Rain finds that behind the bronze light wall stands 8 bronze beetles similar to the size of the civilian chimera form. Rain felt something was amiss and looked at the wasp and again at the beetles. He thinks aloud," Why the monsters we are facing are insects but not constructs formed by spores?"
The guards ahead hear this, and one of the guards," Captain, I did not know the God of spores controlled insects."
Another guard," Is another Evil god behind the attack but which evil god controls dominion upon Insects."
The Captain," The evil god of Insects."
Another guard," I heard of this evil god but is it not dead killed by our Goddess and other three gods in the last turmoil before the God of Alchemy rises his throne."
Rain," Now look like it is reborn or it was not dead."
A guard turns to face Rain with an angry look," Goddess will not lie to us."
The Captian," Glenn, I know you do not believe the Goddess but she will lie to us."
Rain looks at the angry look he is getting from the Guards, he raises his hand as if to surrender," Woah! waoh! I am not said Goddess lied."
The same guard who gave him an angry look," But you implied."
Rain shakes his head outside but inside his mind he nods, " You said they are minions of the God of Insects and you know when you cut a worm in two parts, it will not die."
The guards nod at him as they understand what Rain is implying," So, he may have faked his death."
The captain," Let's discuss this later."
Everyone nods, and Rain stops following them as his soul strength covers the area where the beetles stand. Rain watches as the guards with the chimeras engage the beetles. Rain closes his eyes as his soul strength scans the beetles for their weakness. But he found something that made him jump from where he stood and shout," Everyone monsters coming out below you."
And in a few moments where he was standing, the soil burst and a dark shadow jumped out from the ground. Rain stepped further back took out a sword he collected and raised the sword in front of him. He took a defensive stance and looked at the dark shadow which was a huge black ant three meters in size and its height reached Rain's chest.
The Ant did not waste any time as it charged directly at Rain with his mandible open. Rain did not want to test the power of the mandible bite with his body or the sword. So he stepped to his right and struck the ant's body with his sword which made a sound of two metal colliding.
"Shit" feeling his Sword hit a metal wall. Rain again sidesteps the ant's attack while he scans the ant with his soul strength for weakness. Rain in his soul vision finds a white thread out of the ant's head. One end connects with the ant's soul and the other end disappears into the ceiling of the cavern.
Rain scans the other ants and finds a similar situation. And the ant's soul is shielded by a barrier. To attack or influence the ant's soul the barrier must be broken. And he does not have the strength to break the barrier to attack or influence the ant.
Rain jump to his left to dodge the ant's attack again. He is no match against the ant attack, defense, or speed. The only place he outshines the ant is his reaction, which allows him to dodge the ant's attack.
" This cannot go on. I have to find a way to kill the ant." Rain knows he cannot outlast the ant or any wrong move will lead to his doom. So before the ant kills him, he will have to find a way to kill the ant. The ant's body is like metal armor then also like every ant its legs are its weakness.

In his soul vision, Rain can see they are fighting equally with the ants and some are fighting against more than one ant alone because the total number of beetles and ants is more than twice their number. Rain is thankful that only one ant came after him.
Because Rain separates his left front leg, the ant screeches in pain and a red aura starts surrounding the black ant. Rain sees this and becomes nervous and prepares for the ant's next move. He quickly controls the life seed to gather in his left palm and shape it into a shied.
And as he put the shied for him to defend. He is sent back flying in the air on the way back kissing the wall of the cavern. Rain knows if his back and back of his head collide with the wall he will be seriously injured, which will leave him a lower chance to stay alive.
He did not want to die, so in record time, the 'life seed' shield went from being a shield and in the next second moved to cover his back and thicker in his back neck, spine, and hip joints. And then he collided with the back wall with a thud, he had only his breadth knocked out of his lungs without any other injury.
Before Rain can gather his bearing, he sees the ant surrounded by a red aura barreling toward him. Again in record time Life Seed moves from his back to his left palm and forms a shied inform. As the ant collided, Rain heard his left arm's bone-shattering and a scream of pain from somewhere.
He did not pay attention to the scream of pain, as the mandibles of the ant pierce through the shield and emerge on both sides of his left palm. Before the ant can perform his next move. Rain controlled the life seed to encase his entire left arm holding the shattered bone in place and also the ant's mandibles in place.
His decision was right because the very next moment, the ant started to shake his head and pull back, trying to tear apart Rain's left arm from his body. While shaking, Rain finds the front right leg joint of the ant and with his sword, he swings with the strength he can muster and slices through the right leg joint.
In response, the ant screech in pain, the red aura surrounding it disappears and its head falls on the ground while the mandibles of the ant pull out from the life seed surrounding the mandibles. Rain then in the next moment without giving any change to the ant, cut through the joint of all his four legs. While the ant screeched in pain it could not do anything to stop Rain with each leg separating its mobility decreased and when all 6 legs were separated the ant's mobility all disappeared.
Rain without anything to stop him, scans the ant thoroughly with his soul strength to find its weakness, finding none. Its entire body except the leg joint is hard as metal. So, to kill the ant, first one has to separate all six legs, then one has to sit down and pierce the ant through its mouth, killing it.
Rain stands up and looks around the three places where fights are taking place. Above his head, his mother and her group are statements with the wasps. Around the altar, three ants lay dead but the fight is also in a statement. When he observes the third fight, he starts to walk toward the fight.
