Chapter 36 - ### Episode 35 – “Awakening Shadows”

As the tension between Aryan and Aaryan escalated in the abandoned warehouse, Kiara's heart raced with fear for both men. She could feel the energy pulsing around her, dark and oppressive, and she knew she had to act fast to save Aryan from Aaryan's malevolent grasp.

---

#### The Confrontation

"Aryan, be careful!" Kiara shouted, desperation creeping into her voice as she saw Aryan's determination to confront Aaryan.

Aaryan, with a mocking smile, sneered at Aryan. "You really think you can stand against me? You're nothing without her!"

The tension in the air crackled as Aryan drew upon his powers, channeling everything he had into a fierce energy blast aimed at Aaryan. The darkness surrounding Aaryan began to waver under the intensity of Aryan's energy.

"You'll regret this," Aaryan hissed, fury igniting in his eyes. With a flick of his wrist, he unleashed a wave of dark energy that collided violently with Aryan's blast. The impact sent shockwaves through the warehouse, shaking the very foundations.

Kiara watched in horror as both men were engulfed in the explosive energy. "No!" she screamed, feeling a sinking feeling in her stomach.

---

#### The Accident

In the chaos of the explosion, a large beam from the ceiling collapsed, aiming directly for Aryan. Kiara instinctively dove to push him out of the way, but the weight of the beam was too much. It crashed down, striking Aryan on the head as Kiara barely escaped with her life.

Aryan crumpled to the ground, unconscious, as the warehouse filled with dust and smoke. Aaryan, momentarily stunned, watched the scene unfold in disbelief. The dark energy dissipated, and a haunting silence fell over the area.

"No!" Kiara cried, rushing to Aryan's side. She felt his pulse, a flicker of hope igniting within her, but it was faint. "Please, Aryan, wake up!" she pleaded, shaking him gently, but there was no response.

---

#### Desperate Measures

Panicking, Kiara pulled out her phone, hands trembling as she dialed for help. "Please, I need an ambulance! There's been an accident—my friend is hurt!" She could barely choke out the words through her tears.

As she waited, Aaryan stood back, watching with a mixture of satisfaction and anger. His plan had worked perfectly; he had used Kiara's desperation against her, and now he would use Aryan's unconscious state to his advantage.

"Maybe this is just the beginning, Kiara," Aaryan said coldly, stepping away. "You'll soon realize that you're all alone in this world."

#### At the Hospital

Minutes felt like hours as the ambulance finally arrived. Kiara watched in anguish as the paramedics rushed Aryan into the vehicle. "Please, save him!" she begged, her heart racing with fear.

As they wheeled Aryan away, Kiara followed closely, unable to let go. "He's going to be okay, right?" she asked the paramedics, her voice shaking with emotion.

"We're doing everything we can," one of them assured her, but she could see the concern in their eyes.

At the hospital, the chaos only intensified. Doctors rushed through the halls, and the waiting area filled with the worried faces of families. Kiara felt like she was drowning in despair. Every second that passed felt like a lifetime, and the guilt of what had happened weighed heavily on her shoulders.

---

#### The Coma

Hours turned into a blur. Kiara sat in the waiting room, surrounded by medical personnel and the sterile scent of antiseptic. Finally, a doctor emerged, wiping sweat from his brow.

"Are you here for Aryan?" he asked, his voice serious.

Kiara leaped to her feet. "Yes! How is he?"

"He sustained a significant head injury and is currently in a coma. We're monitoring him closely, but it's too early to predict when, or if, he will wake up," the doctor explained, his tone somber.

Kiara's heart sank, and she felt the walls of the room closing in around her. "No, he can't… he has to wake up. He can't leave me!" she cried, tears streaming down her face.

The doctor offered a sympathetic look. "I understand this is difficult, but we need to give him time. You can stay with him if you'd like," he said gently.

#### Holding On

Kiara nodded, wiping her tears. She followed the doctor to Aryan's room, where he lay motionless on the hospital bed, wires and machines surrounding him. She felt a wave of emotions wash over her—fear, guilt, and a deep sense of loss.

"I'm so sorry, Aryan. I should have been more careful. I should have listened," she whispered, taking his hand in hers. "I need you to come back to me. Please, don't leave me like this."

As she sat there, time seemed to stand still. She recalled the moments they shared, the bond they had built, and the feelings that had begun to grow between them. She remembered their laughter, their fights, and the sparks of connection that had ignited during their training sessions.

"I promise I'll do everything I can to help you wake up," she vowed, squeezing his hand tightly. "I'll find a way to make things right. Just hold on."

---

#### The Awakening

Days passed, and Kiara remained by Aryan's side, her heart aching with every moment he stayed unresponsive. She read to him, reminisced about their training sessions, and shared her hopes for the future. Every time she spoke, she clung to the hope that he could hear her.

Then, one stormy night, a flash of lightning illuminated the room. The power flickered, and Kiara jumped, glancing at Aryan. To her astonishment, she noticed a flicker of movement in his fingers.

"Aryan?" she whispered, her heart racing. "Can you hear me?"

For a moment, there was silence. But then, to her utter amazement, Aryan's eyelids fluttered, and he slowly opened his eyes, confusion and pain evident in his gaze.

"Kiara?" he croaked, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Yes! I'm here!" she cried, tears of joy spilling down her cheeks. "You're awake! Thank goodness!"

As Aryan struggled to sit up, Kiara rushed to his side, helping him adjust. "What happened? I—I remember the warehouse," he murmured, pain etched on his face.

"It was Aaryan. He trapped us, and you got hurt trying to protect me," Kiara explained, her voice trembling. "I thought I lost you. I was so scared."

### Episode Conclusion

Aryan looked deep into Kiara's eyes, searching for understanding. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen," he whispered, regret heavy in his tone.

"No, it's not your fault. We need to figure out how to stop Aaryan before it's too late," Kiara replied, determination settling in her heart. "We'll face this together, I promise."

As they shared that moment, the weight of their shared experiences drew them closer. Together, they would confront the darkness looming over them, determined to uncover the truth behind the artifacts and the connection that bound them.
