Chapter : 4 : A Genius Child :
" Well if you want to know I will tell you . As I have already said before Mystical Palm technique / Shosen Jutsu is a A rank jutsu with usually with a range of 5 metres often associated with a modified Ox - Tiger ( varies ) hand seals . The user applies their hands to a wounded part of the body and send chakra into it , accelerating the body's narutal healing abilities . Furthermore the users must be careful to only use as much as chakra as is needed for the specific injury . If too much chakra is sent into the body , this can disrupt the body's circulation , putting into a comatose state . " - after taking a long time Takeru finished his explanation .
But after he finished speaking the scene became silent as Sakura and others who were present in the room were looking at him with wide eyes .
" What's wrong why are you looking at me like that ? " - after a while he couldn't take the embarrassing silence and more and asked out loud .
It was only then after hearing Takeru's voice did that the other party came back to their sences but their intence eyes hadn't let go of him .
" How do you know so much about this jutsu so much Takeru ? " - asked Sakura in a voice that left no room for any negotiation , indicating that what she wanted was an proper answer .
In this era especially after Hatake Kakashi became the Rokudaime Hokage / Sixth Fire Shadow of Konohagakure no Sato a lot of liberal changes including the spread of Knowledge and information taken place . Many things that were not available for the common public became accessible which inturn increased the literacy rate among the common people .
But even after such liberal changes many things like military knowledge , royal affairs , secret bases were kept hidden and confidential for obvious reasons .
This includes the knowledge of shinobi art especially ninjutsu and various aspects detailing it .
It's was done to prevent unnecessary problems and casualties especially among the civilian portion of the village in any way possible . Afterall chakra is not something to play with .
So that's brings the most important question . How did Yamamoto Takeru a normal orphan who had yet to enter the shinobi academy learn so much about a important A - rank medical jutsu .
Hearing this question Takeru knew that their was no going back anymore and only the conviction lie cough ! cough ! diversionary statement he had created before can get him out of this situation .
" Well it's not like a secret or anything , I actually learnd it from a medical shinobi accidently while I was visiting the Konoha hospital . " - Takeru said as if stating a simple fact .
" In the hospital ? " - Sakura asked even more confused .
" Yes one day when I was visiting the hospital with my caretaker I saw the medic using the Shosen Jutsu / Mystical Palm technique under the guidance of a senior medical ninja . So I listened to their conversation and learned the exact hand signs required for it and what implications it had . Afterwards when I went back to the village library to study about it but unfortunately this things are shinobi related stuff so I can't access to it for now but I did find a simple book on human body structure so I guess it was not all for nothing . " - said in Takeru .
Hearing this Sakura's and others expression became even more strange as they were at a loss for word .
' Learning so much theory from just hearing one time explanation ... Sigh ! What a genius child , it seems that he will become a good medical shinobi in the future . ' - thought Uchiha ( nee Haruno ) Sakura .
One must understand that although the explanation that Takeru gave was small and sounded simple in reality it was very complex if not for anyone but a boy as young as Takeru .
Most of the boys of his age are either playing shinobi games or want to learn cool flashy jutsu . So to them things like learning theory and reasonings is boring .
And even if they want to learn it there is no one to teach them before going to the shinobi academy and even if they learn from someone they won't be able to grasp the concept as good as Takeru .
But Takeru who was only a 4 years old boy had a keen interest in learning things that are considered boring by the people of his age but also had a sharp mind . At first he was able to learn the concept hand seals and implications of the mystical Palm technique from listening just once proves his sharp mind and good memory and at the same time his dedication in learning the details of this technique and memorizing it instead of just forgetting it as a random stuff shows that he is hard working child .
" Wow that's great it seems you are quite the genius for your age Takeru I am sure you will become a great shinobi one day . Right Sakura . " - Tenten spoke with a encouraging smile .
Hearing Tenten's voice Sakura woke up from her stuper and nodded in agreement .
" Yes you are doing very good Takeru , so keep it up and I am sure you will be a great medical shinobi and maybe we can work together someday . " - said Sakura with a smile .
" Haha ! Obviously I will be the best in the future . And if you are impressed by this then you are underestimating me too much . Look at this then " - Takeru who was genuinely happy after being praised didn't say anything more but stood up from his chair after keeping the empty bowl aside and cleaning his hands and went some distance from the crowd . ( Hygiene is very important ) .
After going to some distance he started forming handseals infront of the watching audiance .
" Tiger - Boar - Ox - Dog - Snake . Kawarimi no jutsu / Body Replacement technique . " - just as he finished his hand seals Takeru who was standing infront of them was gone with a puff of smoke replaced by the wooden chair he was sitting on before perfectly showcasing his skills in the ninjutsu .
After performing the jutsu he looked around the audience who were now in a state of shock .
Seeing their expressions he felt satisfied and only then did he start speaking .
" What I performed just now is the Kawarimi no jutsu / Body Replacement technique a basic D rank jutsu often performed with the Tiger - Boar - Ox - Dog - Snake hand seals . In this technique the moment before the user is struck by an attack the user replaces themselves with something else which gives the opponent an optional illusion that the target has been hit . Although this only provides a brief moment of distraction and are not suitable against opponents of higher calibre if used properly can deal a deadly blow . Alternatively it can also be useful in different situations like buying time , distraction or escaping from a critical situation . " - said Takeru giving a brief but proper explanation .
While Takeru was explaining the mood on Sakura's and others became more and more complicated . As they understood that they have underestimated this child infront of them .
At this moment only one thing was going in their minds - ' Genius a highly genius child . '
After which they made a brief eye contact and came to the tact understanding that this matter has to thoroughly thought of .
" That's a great explanation I am quite impressed Takeru . You are so young yet you know so much , far better than me at your age . " - said Tenten .
" Yes ! Indead Takeru is quite smart and very proficient in ninjutsu . I am sure he will become a great shinobi in the future . " - said Yamanaka Ino .
After this everyone praised Takeru while giving some advices along the way .
Soon after Takeru left the shop and went towards the orphanage as he surely didn't wish to see his orphanage metron's gloomy face .

After Takeru left Sakura and others started their own talk .
" So what do you all think about him . " - said Yamanaka Ino with a serious expression .
" Strong , hard working , diligent , and has a lot of potential . " - said Uchiha ( nee Haruno ) Sakura .
" His knowledge and learning process is fast . From the speed of the hand seals and the Kawarimi no jutsu/ Body Replacement technique he performed it was above the genin level and is at least on the chunin level . " - said Nara Temari .
" Yes ! and to be honest his behaviour and bad communication skills remind me of great shinobis like Sasuke , Gara and Negi , hard on the outside but soft in the inside . " - said Tenten as he had small melancholic smile on her face as she remembered a certain white eyed Hyuga .
Hearing Tenten's thoughts everyone nodded in agreement as they all knew the feeling of dealing with such people .
" But did you all notice that something was very strange about Takeru . " - suddenly Yamanaka Ino said attracting everyone's attention .
" What are you talking about ? " - asked Tenten with a light frown on her face .
" No it's just that ... How to put it ? There was this urgent feeling in his eyes like he was training hard everyday for the something . " - said Yamanaka Ino .
" Yes ! You are right Ino . If it were during our time then I wouldn't have mind it but in this peaceful era it's hard to find such determination in his generation . " - Nara Temari also added .
" Guys I think you are going overboard . I think it's quite normal for someone of his age to have big dreams and it's not like that we have not seen people like him before . " - argued Tenten .
To her Takeru although hard working was a normal child at most a bit more hard working and determined .
" Yes you are right Tenten seems like we were overthinking . " - said Ino letting go of her worries .
' Maybe I am thinking too much . ' - thought Yamanaka Ino .
" But still we should tell our husbands about Takeru so that once he joins the shinobi academy we can give him some special attention . " - suggested Sakura .
" Perfect I will go and tell Shikamaru
about him anyway it would be a good thing if Shikadai learns something from this or atleast becomes more motivated to do something more . Sigh ! He is becoming just like his father lazy as ever . " - said Nara Temari with an exaggerated sigh .
" Haa haa haa haa ! " - to this everyone gave out hearty laughter filling the atmosphere with joy .
Takeru the person of such heated discussion himself was unaware of anything was heading towards the orphanage .
Although he attention was somewhere else .

After seeing the rewards of this unexpected venture Takeru was esthetic . Especially the first reward .
Something like 5 percent increase in each of the character templates is something that would take him at least a few months of time to achieve but now he got it on the hand so , he was obviously quite happy about it .
Apart from that Shunshin no Jutsu / Body Flicker Technique is another great found especially considering it's usefulness . Although only a D rank jutsu no Naruto fan can deny it's effectiveness especially who have seen the prowess of Uchiha Shisui who was one of the best users of this jutsu . Who was even given the title of Shunshin no Shisui / Shisui of the Body Flicker .
And as for the the Academy Taijutsu Takeru's reaction was mild . Although it was not a great Taijutsu technique but it's a good one covering the basic aspects of taijutsu . And more importantly something he needed right now .
Although he had powerful character templates like Senju Hashirama and Miyamoto Musashi they were not perfect .
First of all although Senju Hashirama was known for his extensive wood release techniques and high chakra reserves he was also very formidable in other aspects like Taijutsu . But the problem was that he had yet to reach the professency level where he can access Senju Hashirama's memories and techniques , so that was out of the option .
Secondly his other Miyamoto Musashi template was great swordman from the Baki series and had a good knowledge of different martial arts from his world . But in the end his real art was swordsmanship and the rest were secondary . So while his swordsmanship was great but his other martial arts skills somewhat pales in comparison to what the shinobi world has to offer .
( Author's Note : Hello guys I hope you all are doing well . So before going any further with the story I would like to say something about it .
So Miyamoto Musashi from Baki series is an exceptionally strong swordman whose sword art when combined with chakra can have a devastating effect countering many of the kenjutsu style from the Naruto series .
At the same time his other martial arts are also great especially his experience in fighting different martial artists and his powerful punches and gripping attacks . But while they may be powerful in their own right I personally believe that they may not be of a great influence in the shinobi world . Because , first of all most shinobi from the Naruto world are trained in Taijutsu with real battle experience with it . So while in a real combat his martial arts can give him a huge advantage performing and out performing the regular shinobi it may not be necessary be on par with the techniques and styles of the shinobi world .
So this is my personal opinion if you have something to add please to tell me in the comment section . )
