Chapter 8 - The News Made My Emotions Rise

Back doing the same activity, Altares was currently working in his office. Within three months the company was well-known and even growing very rapidly. He still didn't expect that being in this future would be so easy even though he still had the help of the power he possessed.

The altar should be at home right now since he was back on a mission regarding the woman born with the sword's birthmark. But he left all that trust in Arga, while he was in office.

While working on his laptop, suddenly heard the sound of knocking on the door many times quickly. I don't know who bothered him.

Knock!

Knock!

Knock!

"Hurry in!"

A woman wearing glasses enters the room. Seemingly frightened for disturbing Altares with the sound of the knock on the door he just made.

"Sorry sir I have disturbed you, my purpose came to show this to you," he said while handing over his cell phone.

Altares frowned at the employee's worried behavior what had his employee's cell phone been given to him for? But without further ado Altares accepted it and at that moment his eyes sharpened staring at the cellphone screen.

"Who dares to make an article about me like this?" The answer was furious, and Altares remembered something. He was sure that the one who had created this article was the strange woman who had rioted at his house yesterday.

Altares gripped his employee's phone so tightly and threw it in all directions that the employee was shocked into silence.

Damn woman," he said with emotion. He took his cell phone that was on the table and called Arga. "Hello Arga, order some people to find and catch the strange woman yesterday!"

"What do you mean? The woman you slept with yesterday?" asked Arga on the phone.

Altares suddenly became emotional, "I never slept with that woman, I didn't even touch her. She was just a corpse to me," Altares replied firmly.

Tu...tut...

The connection just cut off, Altares knew that Arga wouldn't be able to speak after hearing his angry voice. But what annoyed him was Arga who teased him since yesterday.

"Mission sir... what about my cell phone sir...."

"Ask for compensation huh? You show me, why should I pay? It's your fault, if you don't do that, I won't slam it." Seen refuses to replace what he has made.

"Sorry sir, then I'm sorry" replied the employee with teary eyes.

The employee turned and when he reached the doorway. He stopped when he heard his boss call his name.

"Billy, wait a minute!"

Altar stepped toward Billy with something in his hand.

"This is to replace your cellphone that was destroyed because of me!" said Altares, holding out a blank check.

Of course, this made his employee named Bily surprised. "Is this for me sir?"

"Yes, fill according to your needs not according to the price of your cellphone!" Altares said with a straight face, but his eyes widened as he received the unexpected response from his clerk. "What are you doing now?" he asked in surprise when he saw his employee crying while kneeling in front of Altares. Is the check sheet lost? Or maybe Altar should give another sheet?

"I'm very grateful, right now I need money. I promise you sir that I will use this check according to my needs."

"Come on! Don't do this Billy, this is so embarrassing!" The altar rebelled.

"Thank you, sir." The tears that were shed were tears of joy for Billy.

"You're welcome, no thanks. I know a poor person like you needs that check." The words were so shocking they broke Billy's heart, but he was used to what his boss said at work.

"Excuse me, sir," Billy answered with a changed face.

"Why are the humans in the future so weak," Altares growled in annoyance.

He also resumed his pending work.

Driving home even when it's not work time, Altares can do whatever he pleases with his company as long as it doesn't cost him.

His car that was moving on the way had to stop, suddenly he braked because there was an old man whose half of his face was covered with a cloth, who was currently blocking his way.

"Hey grandpa, why are you blocking my way?" asked Altares with an irritated face. He was currently in a hurry and couldn't wait to teach the strange woman who was currently being held captive in his base a lesson.

His narrowed eyes stared at the shabby old man who didn't answer his question and Altares suddenly dodged as the old man shot quickly toward him and almost hit his handsome face.

The two of them took off quickly towards the empty ground. The two fight each other.

Bugs!

Bugs!

Bugs!

Hit each other and see if both of them are equally strong. Until Altares was forced to take out his keris while the old man made a stick as his weapon.

But when the two of them weren't using their bare hands to fight, Altares lost this battle. He was confused at the Old Man suddenly attacking him because Altar had no enemies other than monsters in disguise.

"You are not a that great king."

The clear voice that came from the Old Geezer's mouth was very familiar to Altares. "Who are you?" he asked.

The old geezer chuckled softly and opened the red cloth that was wrapped around his face, Altares immediately widened his eyes.

"Where have you been? I came to your ugly house but it disappeared" Altares said. Yes, the grandfather standing in his way was the grandfather who had helped Altares in the future.

"Your strength is not as discussed, then Grandpa left. Until we meet again!" The old man threw something and a thick smoke came out.

"Cough... cough... what's that smoke?" asked Altares coughing.

The smoke cleared more and more, and what surprised Altares was that the annoying geezer also disappeared from his sight. "Where did that old geezer go?" asked Altares confusedly and in an instant, he forgot something. "I forgot that at this time must be in a hurry!"

Altares got back into his car and immediately rushed to his headquarters.

Arriving at his base, Altares stepped inside and was greeted warmly by his men.

"Where is the woman?" asked Altares to one of his men.

"He has room three, sir."

Without saying anything Altares just walked away at a hurried pace until he finally arrived and the first thing he saw was a woman sitting on a chair with her arms and legs tightly bound and her eyes covered with black cloth.

"How are you now?" asked Altares when he saw the many bruises on the woman's hands and feet. He knew all of this must be Arga's doing, yes he had indeed ordered Arga to give him unforgettable memories.

"Who are you? You coward!

"What? Coward, yes I'm a coward."

Slap!
