Nick just kept his smile and replied, "Oldman John, how can you forget my face?"
Suddenly, Oldman John's eyes widened, and he spoke out in surprise, "Oh, Nick, my boy! How many times do I have to tell you not to call me old man?"
Nick laughed. "Sorry."
"And you cut your hair? Not bad. You look way better this way. Haha…"
"Thanks. I actually didn't even want to cut it."
Oldman John knitted his eyebrows and said in awe, "Hm. I never noticed before but you're actually a bit good-looking."
'I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or as an insult.' Nick noted Oldman John's reaction and laughed sheepishly.
"Really? I've been getting such comments recently," he passingly commented and turned his attention to his laundry.
Oldman John, looking to be over 50 years old, raised an eyebrow. "Others have told you too, right? You must finally be eating properly now. That new job's already treating you so well?"
