In Grandpa's study, the old man and his eldest grandson sat facing each other as the old man poured both of them hard liquor. The wheelchair was on the side of the chair Alex sat on. He picked up his glass and sipped as the old man spoke.
"Please spare your brother. He's still young." He knew without a doubt that Alex would strike, never caring if the enemy was within or external.
Logan seemed like trouble, and Alex did not intend to take it kindly with him. Glaring at his grandfather, he gently dropped the glass on the table.
"A teenager is a person we can term as young, not a full-grown man who wants to be the CEO of the Kings empire."
In other words, Logan knew exactly what he was doing and had to pay the price, but the old man was disheartened.
This was the same way he used to be in his youth, so it was as if he was talking to his younger self.
