Colton had just arrived at his station when he received a text message from his sister. He instantly dialed her number.
"Tess, what is wrong with you? Are you out of your mind?" They both wanted the same things but he realized his sister was losing her mind.
"Dion told me that Alex was going to divorce Joan and marry me, but now, the bitch is pregnant and she's not wearing her ring. Alex must have divorced her, but why didn't he get in touch like he promised? Do you think he would still marry me if he finds out she's pregnant?"
Tess was wailing on the phone from where she hid to answer the call. How could Joanna be so careless? As far as she was concerned, Joanna would do anything to stay in the marriage since she was the one who proposed to Alex.
"Look, you don't know exactly what happened, so don't do anything stupid," Colton warned but Tess was far from listening.
