"Nash is right , Mia . You shouldn't run down the stairs like that ."Rose says going towards them and grabbing Mia's arm .
"She just got excited to see you .Nash , dont mind her , Go and rest in the guest room. You must be tired ."Rose says tightening her hand around Mia's arm .
A clear warning to keep her mouth shut .
"Yeah,Mia ! Come with me , i have something to show you!"Lan says grabbing Mia's arm and dragging her away .
But Mia gets out of his hold and pushes him away .
"Mia , go with Lan .He wants to show you something important "Rose says pushing Mia towards Lan .
Nash watches all three of them with confusion and suspicion . A slight irritation raising in his chest after being exhausted for two days straight.
Lan tries to grab Mia again but Nash glares at him .
"Let go of her"Nash says and Lan obediently releases her arm .
Lan is scared out of his wits from Nash's glare .
"Is everything okay , Mia?"Nash asks standing in front of her .

"Brother!Mom and Lan locked Liana up in your room forcefully two days ago . And they refuses to open the door no matter how much Liana bangs on the door !"Mia says worry and panic evident in her young face .
Nash's body freezes and his heart skips a beat hearing his sister .

Is that why mom answered her phone last two days and said that she was busy ?
Nash looks at his mom whose face is drained of any colour . Rose panic's seeing Nash's angry eyes .
Her already trembling heart comes to her mouth as she tries to make up excuses .
"N-nash s-she-"Enough "Nash interrupts her and runs up the stairs not wasting another second .
His heart is in a turbulent state , thinking of Liana .

Nash runs towards their room and turns the knob only to find the door locked .
Not being patient enough to wait for someone to bring the keys he kicks the door .
He is anxious with worry for Liana . She is scared of dark .

Lan , Mia and Rose come towards his room and find him kicking the door violently.
Anger is visible in his face . The bulging veins on his neck and desperate attempt to break the door says everything one needs to know to know that he is worried sick .
Being greatly built and strong ,Nash manages to break the door after a few kicks .
He strides inside as soon as the door is broken .
Darkness welcomes him as he steps into the room .

He quickly turns on the light and searches for Liana .
A sleeping figure on the bed catches his eyes and he runs towards the bed quickly .

He removes the hair from her face is and takes a deep breath seeing her dry and torn lips .
Her usual bright face is as pale as a sheet . Her shiny blond hair resting on the pillow seems to turn dull suddenly .
Her body is extremely cold and haggard.
Guilt and worry fills his eyes seeing her in this condition .
The pillow she is sleeping on is wet from tears .
Just how long was she calling for help ?
How could they do this ?
I never left her alone in the dark , how dare they do this?

Rage fills Nash's heart as he turns around and looks at his mother with raging eyes .
He is literally shaking in anger as he looks at her .
He gets up from the bed and Mia takes his place .
Keeping his eyes on his mother , he strides towards her .
Rose takes a few steps back in fear as Nash approaches her .
Nash is mad angry and it's visible on his face .
"WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO LOCK UP MY WIFE?!"He shouts towering over Rose .
Rose and Lan flinch hearing his loud and angry voice .
Even Mia is scared from his shout .
Nash has always been patient and loving towards them . But they also knew how bad his anger is .
Thats why they never wanted to get on his bad side .

A slapping sound echoes through the room .
A brutal hand mark is printed on Lan's face as soon as he tries to speak .
His face turns to the side and he stumbles back a little from the impact.
Mia gasps seeing Lan getting slapped . But in her heart she knew he deserved it .
"YOU!Mom has spoiled you rotten!Who do you think she is?!She is your sister in law ! How dare you behave like this to her?!"Nash says stepping towards Lan .
Nash grip Lan by the collar of his T-shirt and shakes him harshly .
