She smiled at her, and quickly checked the sleeping Matthew " he should wake up in the next ten minutes or so. Don't worry."
Bridget hummed, before going back to holding Matthew's hand and watching over him.
As the doctor walked out of the room, Bridget softly rested her face close to her boyfriend's head while still holding his hand.
Almost fifteen minutes later, Bridget felt Matthew's hand squeezing hers. " Matt? Are you awake?"
She sat up instantly and looked at Matthew's face, only for the latter to smirk and chuckle " I wasn't in a coma, Bridget. Don't worry."
Bridget smiled at her worry, as she slowly helped Matthew sit up " How are you feeling? Do you feel any pain or change?"
