With a deafening crash, the people at Whiskey Peak's shore were immediately blasted away, causing chaos. The welcoming staff were the first to be caught in the blast, their faces covered in dirt and their expressions filled with shock and confusion, not knowing what to do.
"Quick~~~ Run!"
"These monsters!"
"Run! We're no match for them!"
Suddenly, terrified screams broke the silence, and the crowd snapped out of their daze, fleeing in panic. In the blink of an eye, the bustling dock became desolate, with only debris and thick smoke left behind.
In the midst of the chaos, two figures remained calm and composed. They hid in the shadows, quietly watching everything unfold, their eyes filled with shock and fear.
These two were MR.5 and MISS Valentine, officers of Baroque Works.
At that moment, their hearts were heavy, as if a giant stone was pressing down on them, making it hard to breathe.
"This is bad..." MR.5 mumbled, his voice shaking slightly as he struggled to believe what had just happened.
MISS Valentine nodded in agreement, her face pale as paper. "Our luck is terrible. I never expected we'd run into such monsters here..."
She stared at the ship in the distance, worry filling her heart.
After a moment, MR.5 gritted his teeth and said, "We need to report this to the boss immediately, so he can send higher-level agents to deal with this. Otherwise, the consequences will be unimaginable..."
MISS Valentine took a deep breath and said firmly, "That's right. We have no other choice now. We need to leave and report this as soon as possible."
With that, she turned and hurried off, her steps quick.
MR.5 followed closely behind, and the two quickly disappeared into the shadows, leaving behind the mess of the battlefield.
At that point, Nami and the others had already landed at Whiskey Peak's port, while Ryuen docked the ship.
"So, what do you think?"
"Those two should be the leaders of these people. Should we chase after them?" Kuina asked, casually glancing in the direction where MR.5 and MISS Valentine had fled.
"No need, let them go. They might bring us a surprise," Ryuen said as he stepped off the ship.
"A surprise?"
"What kind of surprise could they give us?" Daisy asked, suddenly curious as she looked at Ryuen.
"I don't know. I was just guessing," Ryuen shrugged, raising his hands in a carefree gesture.
The group shot Ryuen a look. They didn't believe for a second that Ryuen was just guessing randomly. If he said there was a surprise, then there probably was one.
Ryuen was thinking simply.
He just wanted to see who Crocodile would send to deal with the situation at Whiskey Peak.
"Let's go, let's check out the first island of the Grand Line," Ryuen said, then immediately walked towards the deeper parts of Whiskey Peak.
The others exchanged looks, then quickly followed.
"Ryuen, tell me, what are you planning?" Nami ran up to Ryuen and clung to his arm.

At Whiskey Peak, the million and billion-year-old elders huddled inside rows of houses. They embraced each other in small groups, trembling with fear at the sound of footsteps coming from outside.
In a house further away, Miss Valentine was reporting to Miss All Sunday, also known as Nico Robin, in Alabasta about the recent events.
Alabasta, Rainbase Lake, Rain Dinner Casino.
Robin hung up the phone and looked at Crocodile, speaking in a calm tone, "Mr. 0, I assume you heard Miss Valentine's report. How should we handle this?"
Crocodile took a deep drag from his cigar and said slowly, "The Dream Expedition Team? Have you ever heard of them before?"
"Never. I suspect they are from the World Government. If they are from the World Government, why would they come after us...?" Robin said softly, her eyes flashing with worry.
The reason Robin thought this was because Miss Valentine had mentioned that those people used Marine Rokushiki.
She had often encountered Marine Rokushiki before.
"Hia~hia~hia~hia~~~"
"Miss All Sunday, don't worry about that. As long as I'm still one of the Seven Warlords, they won't touch you," Crocodile laughed arrogantly, showing obvious contempt.
"But they've already attacked our people."
As soon as Robin said this, Crocodile's expression turned sour, but after a moment, his face returned to its usual calm.
"Perhaps they didn't know they were my people. After all, I've never publicly claimed to be the boss of Baroque Works," Crocodile speculated.
Robin nodded.
She could only accept that fact for now. She hoped it was a misunderstanding, and she certainly didn't want Crocodile to fall. After all, their cooperation wasn't finished yet.
"But someone has to handle this situation. I'm sure you wouldn't want to do it, would you, Nico Robin?" Crocodile glanced at Robin.
"Mr. 0, you should understand. If they are really from the World Government, I am not suitable for a public appearance," Robin said quietly.
"Then let Mr. 1 go. I believe his strength can solve this issue," Crocodile decided after a moment of thought.
"Understood~~~" Robin nodded and immediately went to inform Mr. 1.

The scene shifted back to Whiskey Peak.
Ryuen and his group of eight stood in front of Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine.
Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine looked at the eight people before them with wide eyes, frozen in terror. They didn't dare move. They truly didn't dare.
The house they had just hidden in had been split in two by a woman wielding a sword with a single flying slash.
This young woman was actually a great swordswoman!
"You've probably finished your report by now, right?"
"So, who will be dealing with this matter next?" Ryuen asked kindly, turning to Miss Valentine.
"Well... Normally, Miss All Sunday would handle these things, but there's also the possibility that the boss might send someone else," Miss Valentine replied, trying to stay calm.
Ryuen nodded. Was he finally going to meet Nico Robin?
