I wondered when crisp rain moistened garden,
and fluttered through forest into canyon,
if someone stretched out umbrella for me,
as if umbrella was like chesnut tree.
I wondered when dusk wind set orange sun,
and carried fragrance through fragrant ocean,
if someone breathed in scent like honeybee,
as if the scent of roses filled fragrant sea.
In my pocket there was a flake of rose,
ahead there were mountains veiled in fog gauze,
crisp rain sprinkled through cloud into valley,
when I marched on mountain path like monkey.
In mountain head I beheld pale rainbow,
and wondered if someone was just shadow.
