Bamboo leaf sailed like plane sailed on cloud sea,
and rode on back of cloud passed through pear tree,
when wind sang like flute breathed out rustle sigh,
and sang with rippling stream under blue sky.
Bamboo leaf crooned with humming honeybee,
and sipped honeydew condensed dewy tea,
when wind carried bamboo leaf impressed eye,
and carried rose fragrance lured butterfly.
On back of cloud bamboo leaf flew with wind,
sailing through cloud seemed like pearl face in mind,
and flowed along water with rippling stream,
flowing through hill seemed like fairy in dream.
On stream bamboo leaf drifted like canoe,
drifting with sprays turned into thought of you.
