Blue butterfly fluttered on chestnut tree,
dancing with birds sang with whispering bee,
and danced from dawn to dusk set setting sun,
obsessing rose fluttered in rose garden.
Butterfly danced as lightly as fall tea,
floating with lovesickness filled fragrant sea,
and closed inebriate's eyes by fountain,
sleeping in twilight when sun kissed mountain.
You were butterfly danced for scarlet rose,
whose dance made rose smile like bride masked lace gauze,
and laid in arms of rose with broken wings,
whose wings embraced fading red rose with stings.
I was rose laid on leaves of grass at dew,
spreading aroma swirled with thought of you.
